I was a little hesitant taking our Durango to get detailed because of the negative reviews. I am glad I decided to return to Bear's for a full interior clean. I haven't been for a basic wash so I can't comment on that, but if you are looking for a full detail inside you will be happy. Between sand from a trip to the lake, fast food and snacks and other unidentifiable grossness dropped between the seats (kids!), and a hairy dog in the back our car was trashed. I was impressed with how spotless the kids area was, and the amount of dog hair they got out of the back carpet! Our new car finally looks new again! I would definitely visit again for an interior detailing. :-)

Every time I get a detail for my car and you look really closely at the after finish, it's always dirty and never cleaned. I'm getting frustrated now and to the point ive given up on going there. Will need to look for new options now. Very disappointed considering how much you have to pay

My husband paid for a "full detail" of my car, and I get in my car only to find that they have not even wiped down my dashboard or around my gearshift or my cupholders, and there's still dirt on my seats from the weekend mountain trip. There is also still dirt all over my hood. It didn't even look like they had touched the inside of my car except vacuum! Which I would expect more for a "full detail".

I'll start with what I did like - the costumer service was fine; everyone was friendly and kind. It was convenient and easy to drop the car off. The carpets and seats were cleaned very well and they smell good. Now the parts I wasn't so happy with. I had two car seats in the back of my car when I dropped it off. They asked me unclip my daughter's seat, which I did, and I don't think they noticed that I had my son as well. I forgot to unclip his seat. We gave them our phone number and told them we would be very close by and to please call if there were any problems. They didn't take my son's seat out to clean underneath it, and they didn't call me to ask if I could unclip it for them. I fully realize that part of it is my fault for not remembering to take his out as well, but they could have so easily reminded me and I would have been much happier. Overall the car was not as clean as I was hoping for the amount of money I paid. There were still mud streaks, scuffs, some of the little parts around the doors were still muddy. Just not what I would expect for the price I guess. It took an hour and half, and mine was the only car there when we pulled up. I'll do it myself next time.

This is an absolute disgusting establishment. From the second I pulled up I was unsatisfied with the experience. When you arrive they have signs that direct you into a single file line so that one of their employees in a weird fanny pack can offer you the types of washes that they have. As the first face you see when you arrive it only seems like common sense that you would select someone with a friendly personality, needless to say the lady was an absolute pig and seemed like it was a hassle to have to help another customer. Once you select the overpriced wash you are forced into buying (you have to buy the service once you're in line because you can't turn around once you hear the prices) some guy swings your door open and without saying anything waits for you to get out. He jumps in, slams the door shut and then proceeds to drive my car way too fast to the first vacuuming station. He slams on the breaks to slow the car down and I'm told to go sit on the benches near the "detail" center. NONE of the seats are covered, so after you spent 40 bucks on a bad wash you have to sit in the sun until your car is done. Finally my car comes out of the tunnel and 6 kids jump onto my car. All of these kids (maybe 16-17 y.o.) are working really hard and are honestly the only hard working people in the whole establishment. When they finished I went up to the kids and gave them tips (making sure they got the money and not the adult assholes who are like slave drivers to these poor kids) ... may I add that the manager, Jessica, is the biggest jerk I have ever met in my life. She bosses these kids around while she does absolutely nothing, soooo lazy. When I gave the kids their tips she came up to me and told me that they don't do that here and that I would have to put the tip in their community tip jar. I told her that I was going to give my money to whoever I wanted and so I would not be giving any to her communist tip jar. When I pulled one of the kids off to the side to talk to him (he was on break) he told me that they send him home at 4 and the shop closes at 5. For every hour he works he gets 1 dollar tip and then at 5, when it closes, all of the excess cash goes to the employees that are still working. The only people working then are the managers because they send all the other employees home at 4. THE SYSTEM IS RIGGED AND DISGUSTING. TIP THE KIDS INDIVIDUALLY. DON'T FUND JESSICA AND HER DEVIL ASSISTANTS. I have so much more to complain about but this covers most of it. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT..

I use to own a detail shop and I know how difficult it is to get a car looking perfect for less than $100. But. When I took my car in, I stressed the need for an interior clean. I paid $10 extra for "grime busters" and not only did they not even wipe down the inside, my car wasn't even vacuumed! They shook my mats and sent it through the wash. I pointed this out and one guy did a quick vac and acted as if it was sufficient. Complete waste of money and the 45 minutes I had to wait for nothing.

I've been coming to this location for over 20 years, but it had been awhile since I'd been there. The prices are up, the service is down. I paid almost 30 bucks for a full service wash, and they didn't even bother to clean the inside of my windshield. Didn't notice till the next morning when I was driving into the sun. What a rip. That was my last trip to this business. Sad. Hard to find good customer service anymore.
