Try this: forget the menu and give the bartender an "iron chef" ingredient. I asked for something with Cynar and got one of the best cocktails of my life. He mixed it with Ancho Reyes and orange - a flavor explosion. Also, don't forget to check out the creative takes on simple pub food upstairs.

So, the menu here is a calendar with pictures of dogs done up like someone went to a mall kiosk, found an Anne Geddes calendar and thought, "Hey, we should do this with dogs instead of babies, then loosely tie in some cocktails. Hipsters will love it." Turns out they do. Cool ambience and hipsters everywhere. Cocktails are pretty dope as well.

Nice ambience. Decent drinks and food. Very hipster. On somewhat expensive side. In the trendy hood. Place is somewhat small but still good for small parties. Huge list of shots.

I like going off the menu and just ordering classic drinks. The bartenders are all artists and respect the craft. That being said if you're having a bad day you just tell them what you like and they will make you a custom cocktail. It is pricy and waits can be long. So just relax. And let it happen

One of my favorite spots to go for cocktails. They change their menu seasonally with fun themes so I always look forward to trying new things. They also have food! The bar can get busy but people are always coming and going. It's a fun place to stop by before or after dinner.

Manimal-style fries are a perfect elevated fries that goes well with cocktail nerdery. The menus are hilarious, the bouncer was reading "Imbibe!" about old-school cocktails, and the bartenders were on top of their game. Lovely!
