Glen Ivy Hot Springs is definitely a top-of-the-line destination. Everything is gorgeous and well-run, with great attention to detail. This place is a hot springs with a botanical garden. We spent New Year's Day there and almost had the place to ourselves. It was very cool, so understandable, but i can't imagine anywhere better to be on the first day...

The spa was amazing however don't waste your money on the VIP seating. We thought it would be so much easier to get all food and drinks. Turns out we had to keep asking after our drinks and food. I ordered a special that had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries but never got my strawberries until we were about to leave. That's also after asking about them on 4 separate occasions. Their drink service is really horrible. You can probably find a place that is closer and spend around the same. Not sure when the is place started getting bad but I don't think I will go back. Went for a team celebration event. We will not recommended this place

My daughter & l love this place. We've been coming here for years. It's relaxing & you can go without having any of the services done. You do get a discount on the entrance fee if you purchace as service. Have had no problems with any of the staff. Cafe is good unless you are trying to diet.

My husband and I have been going to Glen Ivy since 1975. Over the years we have witness lots of changes. We are very excited with the new management ,GOCO. We always called Glen Ivy a little OASIS!!! Every year we drive down from San Francisco and spend one week at Glen Ivy.This year again we had a wonderful vacation ,Thanks to the new general manager who made our vacation exceptionally wonderful. He and his new team are very welcoming and very professional and friendly. We just got home 3 weeks ago We look forward to visiting again next year and seeing this wonderfully amazing team.

Though this place is quite pricey, I had the best massage of my life. My masseuse, Erin gave me a Signature Massage (stress reliever) catering to my specific needs. I left the room feeling totally rejuvenated. I've been to many high end spa's in BHills, Santa Monica, and Marina Del Rey... Burke Williams, you name it. I know it makes a difference on who massages you but the two whom I've met must receive study training even after earning their certification. Customer service was also phenomenal. Warm, welcoming, intuitive and very pleasant staff. It's worth the 45 min drive. Visited 1/10/2017

I had a great experience today at Glen Ivy. I called to book a massage three hours before I arrived. Upon arrival the girl who checked me in was very personable. The bathrooms/locker room area was spacious and clean. All the pools were nice and relaxing. It wasn't a very busy day, since it wasn't the weekend, which made it very easy to access all the pools at my leisure. I really enjoyed the hot and cold plunge pools. I had a wonderful 50 minute massage. The masseuse was top notch, when I walked out of the spa I was on cloud 9. I partook in more of the pools and ended my visit by going to Club Mud to cover myself in mud followed by a visit to the grotto. The grotto was an extra charge which I had paid for in advance. I enjoyed the experience and found it very relaxing. I was lathered in moisturizer and let it absorb for 15 minutes, then showered off in a shower with 3 shower heads and then enjoyed tea and an apple in the relaxation room. I will be visiting here again. I did not eat anything during this visit so I don't have anything to say about the food.

Wonderful day at the spa, we went early December and it was busy but not crowded. We had wonderful custom facials which were based on skin type. Later we had a Swedish massage, we both agreed it was the best massage we had ever received. I will definitely be going back!

I love this place.... The ambiance is great ! If you need a relaxing get away this is where you want to go! The food is expensive and disgusting! it's one thing to have overpriced good food, but another to have overpriced bad food. The Nachos look good, but taste awful! I'm not sure what type of cheese they use, it taste like a bad combination of mix and stir powered cheese topped with shredded cheese. I'm not sure why they changed from the blue/purple chips version but they should go back quickly!
