Brand new blog up now! Read my exclusive interview with the wonderful talent and ‘light writer’ Becca Caddy, founder of Bionic Buddha. You’ll love her real and no BS flavour of self-help for the selfie generation - this is dangerously relatable stuff:

“…Personally, I find that what's "pulled me all over the place" the most has been this overwhelming pressure to be perfect, which ultimately has stemmed from a really deep-set belief that I'm not good enough in some way. So to over-compensate I've always tried to be the best, play a "nice", happy role and essentially wear a mask when it comes to my wants, needs and emotions…”

We all saw it and here’s my take on the ‘Robbie-Birth-Gate’ fuss that's going on. There is a fair bit of adult language and content in this brand new blog – it’s not for kids, kidz. "Why boobs, birth and burgers in our social media feeds are starting to grate on us." Check it out here:

As I’ve sat down to start writing this, in my head I’m singing that Salt n Peppa song from the 90’s – do you remember it?- Let’s talk about sex:

“Let’s talk about sex baby
let’s talk about you and me
Let’s talk about all the good things and the bad things that may be…”

But instead Of Sex I’m singing SPIRIT, WTF?! (Dance break!)

I’m bring you some philosophy with a bit of 90’s rap because I’m back LIVE tomorrow at the slightly later time of 8PM and my very special guest is life coach, Spirit Junkie and amigo, Jo Westwood, The Spirit DJ.

If you’ve seen and heard things and terms floating around like:
Gratitude…the law of attraction… miracles…angels… the secret…divine numbers… connecting with your source energy and keep wondering "who the hell is ‘Gabby B’ anyway and what is this all about?!" then honey, I have got your back!

This webinar will be the perfect place to dip your toe into what a NU spirituality might mean for you and start you off or move you along your own path of self-discovery.

Quick note!  This has NOTHING to do with religion or aligning with an organisation.  You don’t need to be wearing certain clothes or turning up somewhere at a certain time to be spiritual, as will soon be obvious in our conversation!

Ultimately, in this coming episode of “Generation Y not?” We’re turning inward to explain how spirituality can help with all of the outside stuff you might have going on right now.  For me, being spiritual has led me to basically design the fundamentals of my happiness tool kit and stay sane, safe and at peace in this crazy world we live in so join us and discover more for yourself!

Hello loves!

Tomorrow, join me with relationship coach and all round cool millennial gal, Laura Yates, as we go LIVE to discuss how to:
* Heal from relationships that didn’t work out
* Reclaim the parts of yourself you think you’ve lost
* Start to rebuild the bits of you that feel broken

Part 3 of my “Generation Y Not?” blog series is LIVE tomorrow at 7.00pm. It’s all about relationships and I'm not shying away from this sensitive subject in this first installment of the chapter.

Let’s be real. When you break up with someone they don’t just go away, do they?  Weeks or years after that last ‘goodbye’, when you’ve unfriended them on Facebook, unfollowed on Twitter and erased their number from your phone, ex’s can be hard to shift.

Heartbreak can hover and we can remain tangled in what used to be and it’s not so easy to just let go and ‘get over it’ - no matter how many times you’re told ‘they didn’t deserve you.’

I know because I’ve been there and only very recently banished the last of my relationship ghosts and fully healed from the pain that they kept me chained to. Together with Laura we'll share with you how we did that and provide some tools for those of you that are fresh from a relationship or still finding it difficult to deal with lingering lost love.

There are no quick fixes but there are the things that we KNOW work and we’re coming together to discuss those and take your specific questions too.

Join us tomorrow and break-up with that break-up.

Love Lucy xx
