Extremely disappointing. I have been a Monro customer for main years now. I usually go to the shop closest to my house because of convience, but unfortunately they were booked so I called around. I had a business trip that I was leaving for on Monday when I called on Saturday to inquire about an appointment on Sunday for tires and an inspection. I believe I spoke to Ed but the representative was very clear he had 4 tires in my cars size in stock and they could get me in at 3 pm Sunday. In turn to my surprise at 3pm on Sunday, I arrived to find out that the tires I was told were in stock were not. According to the man who greeted me, this was known since Saturday as the man clearly stated and some other tire was all they had. He also stated that he just got back from vacation and didn't know anything and that was all he could do. It seemed pretty obvious he didn't want to help me. This put me in tough situation for my business trip on Monday. I have never received this poor of service before from a Monro Muffler. After looking at other reviews, it seems this level of service is standard at this location. Highly recommend finding somewhere else to have your car serviced.

Completely exceeded expectations. From scheduling my first appointment they were extremely friendly and very service oriented. I was sent multiple reminders of my appointment, which was very helpful. Best of all I was running late looking for the office and someone called me just to check if I needed help finding the place. Very impressed. Staff was very professional and pleasant and I walked away with clean teeth and not sore and in pain. Very rare when you get a cleaning. Things were a little awkward when I went to checkout, as they were looking for me to pay the my exsisting visit along with multiple other visits that I wasn't even ready to schedule yet. It was uncomfortable since all I was looking to pay for was my first visit. Otherwise everything was great.

We had the pleasure of stoping by Saratoga Honda because of all the recommendations. Erick was incredible, guiding us through the process and making things smooth and easy. We received great service from start to finish. We got a good value for our trades and we are extremely pleased with our new cars. Thank you Erick Forlie and Saratoga Honda!
