This would be my ideal neighborhood bar: friendly, unpretentious, with a great selection of beers on tap and good cocktails. Too bad it's not in my neighborhood! They make decent sandwiches to order, too, if you need a bite to eat while you enjoy your drink.

Great, welcoming energy. UPDATE: Now that I've been in the neighborhood awhile, I still stand by the "excellent" part of the review. Very hip, welcoming crowd.

5 stars for the cheese board. It was amazingly delicious! It was put together with 1/4 pound of sliced prosciutto, fresh arugula, fresh burrata cheese, olives, truffled butter, and bread. It was big enough to share amongst several friends. At $12, this is a steal! Everything on the board were tasty. The burrata cheese had a nice soft texture, the truffled butter was so creamy, it was the perfect spread for the crisp bread. I always have a good time coming here. The vibe is unpretentious and really chill. It's really a perfect spot to come for a drink after a long day.

Great bar only thing I didn't like is the scotch pour. Do you really have to measure it....

Friendly vibe, great bartenders, amazing craft/local beer selection. I do, however, prefer coming during the day (happy hours) because on the weekend nights it will get crowded (small space).
