Very long article that summarizes where we are with understanding the role of sugar in our bodies. The science is still evolving on how we metabolize the macronutrients--especially sugar. What I took from the article is to 1. Understand that the science behind this is evolving--no one has a definitive answer, 2. There is merit in focusing on holistic eating (not just eliminating or focusing on just one nutrient), 3. Don't eat too much. Not very comforting, but probably pretty close to our best knowledge right now. Being Happy With Sugar - The Atlantic http://buff.ly/1kVdLXO

As if you needed another reason to hit a spa! "Results of an NCCAM-funded study found that multiple 60-minute massages per week were more effective than fewer or shorter sessions for people with chronic neck pain, suggesting that several hour-long massages per week may be the best “dose” for people with this condition."
