Howdy, name's Ian.
I'm a graduate student in MIT's School of Engineering, a fantastic place to be. I'm active, dynamic, and like to spend time outdoors. I'm pretty open-minded so feel free to introduce yourself to me!

Very professional and respectful staff here who know what they are doing and genuinely want to help you out as a customer. I went in for a routine checkup (out of pocket), and they added X-Rays on my request without increasing the price of the service. The service itself was done very well. I am one satisfied customer, and my teeth sure are grateful too.

I don't know how this place has 2 stars, because I went and within 25 minutes I was out the door with a new Driver's License requiring an out-of-state conversion. The staff were very respectful and professional--absolute 5-star experience, something I definitely did not expect!

Came from out of town to get a phone exchanged. They resolved the issue with very professional service.

Great people, great atmosphere (feels genuine with a Southern flair), but the food tasted so bland! I was disappointed when eating it because it looked so tasty and then had no soul or spark whatsoever. Oh well...

Incredible learning experience, optimized for business education over more than a century. There is absolutely nothing else like it. Pristine infrastructure effectively complementing the extraordinarily high quality of "leader" individuals who are fortunate enough to call HBS home. Highly recommended for true aspiring leaders who want mastery in managing industrial affairs.

Completely disrespectful staff. I walked in 45 minutes before closing and was told "the kitchen is closed. No food for you" in a really condescending manner by some old female staff there. Absolutely terrible customer service.
