I really like their breakfast and I also like their black bean vegan sandwich. It is very delicious.

I bit into my sausage egg sandwich and was disappointed to taste egg shells in the egg. When I tried to explain why I wanted a new sandwich a woman working there, who found herself to be tough, immediately shouted "what is it". I persisted and recieved another egg sandwich with bits of shell inside. This is what happens when you go out your way to eat at a fancy McDonalds.

The food is nice and fresh prepared in front of you with what you want. The baked goods are also very good and on sale after a certain time. The service is good except when there a one specific person there at the register.

Unfortunately, you don't deal with intelligent people at this Au Bon Pain. Today, I asked for a turkey club on wheat and no mayo. I got a turkey club on white with extra mayo (possibly the most mayo I've ever seen on a sandwich). I'm a regular and they screw up my order ~40% of the time, but it's the only place without a huge line during lunch so I cross my fingers and hope they don't screw it up. I guess it's partly my fault for not always checking my sandwich before leaving, but honestly it's not complicated to get it right ...

They gave my sandwich to someone else then tried to give it to me after she had already opened it and brought it back. The new one they made me wasn't hot, as I had requested, and was completely falling apart. All in all, a frustrating 15 minute ordeal.

For a chain, they are acceptable. Much better breakfast sandwiches than you get at Dunkies. Service is occasionally inconsistent.

The cafe is in the Hynes Convention Center that is connected to the Prudential. The cafe does exist there and will continue to be there. For all that read, please enjoy and try the soups and Harvest Rice Bowls!

the store no longer exists. can someone remove it? it only confuses people when it's posted here. i'm rambling because google requires me to type at least 100 characters.
