Just about to leave for the airport for a flight to Perth this morning. Going to be at the Perth ADUG meeting this evening to give a talk about NexusDB: http://www.adug.org.au/meetings/perth/next_meeting.htm

That'd be great. I'll mention it to +Mathias Burbach at tonight's Sydney ADUG Meeting as a possibility.

There are Roos all over North Lakes, we even get them on our front lawn now and then, nibbling on our plants.

On thing I find is really missing for noise control is a per circle option "show in Home Stream". That way I could create a "Too Noisy" circle and turn off the "show in Home Stream" for people that I want to follow now and then (like +Robert Scoble ) but which have such a huge output that they totally swamp the home stream.

I know I can work around this right now by creating a "My Home Stream" circle and putting everyone (beside the noise sources) that I got in any circle also into this one. But that's a lot more work than just turning off some Circles for the normal Home Stream.

Ah yes, I mentioned that elsewhere already (and submitted it via "send feedback"), I would really like to be able to add nicknames to people I add to any circle which then should show up in () after their names everywhere.

Interesting discussion in the comments (make sure to comment on the original post, not this one).

What's the etiquette on adding people to your circles who don't really know you?

Are you asking them to reciprocate as with Facebook friends or is it more of a follower arrangement like Twitter?

Ok, this share function seems to be pretty useless without properly linking back to the original post: https://plus.google.com/115228296762448388615/posts/2AS6x2F93eR
