Obviously biased review! Oh, so the s5 had water droplets outside the seal? The horror! The Sony had water INSIDE the seals? Eh, no big deal. What a crock!

First, I was placed in a dirty room on the second floor. There was dust on everything. I had to call the front desk because the door latch was broken and would not lock. That was fixed by maintenance within about 45 minutes to an hour. When I went to bathe, I found that the staff had not replaced a half-used bottle of shampoo. Gross. In the morning, I was woken by a staff member at the ice maker below, not only making the noise of getting ice into the big trays for the kitchen, but BANGING the doors open and closed below, at 5:30 AM. I also woke with bedbug bites covering my right arm only (I slept on my right side and was covered in long pants and a sleeveless night shirt). I was moved to a room on the third floor after making a complaint. The staff did not seem to take seriously my assertion that there was dust and bedbugs. Next, I went to get my complimentary breakfast. I have a medical issue and must not have any gluten in my diet. When I entered, there were no other people at the omelet bar. I asked the chef if he would be able to clean the grill and make me something without gluten (there were already hash browns on the grill). He said no. I asked if he might have a frying pan or something he could cook me an egg in. He said no. I asked, "So, you won't cook me anything for breakfast then?" He said no. I left, but returned a few minutes later and asked to speak with a manager. Luckily, a sweet woman was there and explained that the two bozos on the grill were only temporary workers and didn't know what they were talking about. She walked the main chef through cleaning the grill and using clean implements. And, after two eggs and some veggies had been fried and served, the idiot put hash browns on the plate. Luckily, the woman took off the potatoes and the vegetables they had touched and wiped the plate down on that side. I credit her with not becoming ill that morning. The regular chef was a gem. That evening, someone was smoking, probably in the suite below me, and the bathroom was full of cigarette smoke. I called the front desk, and they called the suite below me to tell them to stop smoking. The smoke smell did not occur again. There were no bedbugs in the second room. However, it was also dusty, and there was a full cup of coffee in the microwave left from a previous guest. And what the hell kind of roach motel charges $10 per night for internet? I haven't paid for internet in a hotel since the 90s. They seriously expect a guest staying there for 5 days to fork over an additional $50. Stop being such cheapskates! If I had not been here on business, I would have left. I would never, ever, in a million years, stay in this hotel again. How dirty, disgusting, and rude!! I had a horrible stay! The only upside was the shuttle service. Those guys were all perfectly nice and funny. The owners and manager should be perfectly ashamed of this hotel. I have already told my company about this horrible experience, as well as my family and friends who live in AZ, and I will make damned sure people know what kind of experience to expect!!

In 2008, I posted a review to Amazon about a bad experience purchasing hay from this place. Al has continually insisted his hay is perfect and no one has any complaints! If you get bad hay, just look on Amazon. There are repeated reviews about hay with MOLD, BUGS, DUST and MOTHS!! I'm including my original review below: This is the WORST place to get hay! Yes, worse than Petco. I bought hay from them online. $16.99 for the hay, and nearly $30 for shipping. Sounds like an okay price for 25 lbs, right? Well, if you like dusty, moldy hay, step right on up! My rabbit won't touch the garbage I purchased from this company!!! I have bought from other companies (including Oxbow and American Pet Diner, as well as the local "big boys" (PetsMart and Petco)). Never have I seen hay this thin, dirty and disgusting. Even Kaytee is better than this junk! The man (Al) is very unprofessional. He boasts on his site that "If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund." Yet that refund did not include the most expensive portion, the shipping! What a ripoff! I have 25 lbs of worthless "hay" to junk, and I have to pay $30 for the privilege of that? DO NOT BUY! If I can save one person from this horrible product, I am glad!!!

T-Mobile has terrible business practices. Their in-store staff lied to me about having 3G internet on my phone at my home address, and Customer Service told me I should have "looked it up online." I have had no end of problems with this stupid company. And worst of all? I have an intermittent issue where people will not receive my text messages! I am NOT paying for this service every month just so I can wonder who's getting my texts! So yourself a favor; go with ANY OTHER COMPANY!!

I have been a loyal customer at Tamale Factory for the four and a half years I have worked in downtown Riverside, but I will never eat here again! I have been going to Tamale Factory about 1-3 times a month, and I always go back and forth between getting a couple of tacos, a carne asada burrito, and my old stand-by: a bean and cheese with lettuce. Well, about a month ago, I ordered my usual b&c burrito with lettuce, and was informed that I would be charged the price of a vegetarian burrito. A vegetarian burrito comes with the beans and cheese, plus rice, guacamole, onions, cilantro, tomato, lettuce, sour cream.... And costs $3 more! I thought that couldn't be right. After all, I wasn't asking for anything but a little lettuce. So, I went in to talk to the owner. She was completely unwilling to even consider another option! I told her I'd even be willing to pay $1 extra for some damn lettuce, and she still said I'd be charged the full price of a vegetarian burrito! Well, you know what? There are three more Mexican food joints in walking distance that never think of charging me for LETTUCE of all things. I liked the convenience and ambiance of the Tamale Factory, but it's obvious they don't care one whit about customer service. I have ordered food from that restaurant 1-3 times a month for the last four years, but they will never receive another dime from me OR any of the friends I take to lunch!

I have celiac. I would never, ever want to see someone with celiac eat at a Pieology restaurant. Ever. No matter what their website says about having gluten friendly food. I spoke with the manager of Pieology in Los Angeles County (ie, City of Industry). Not only was he rude, but he was completely clueless about gluten-conscious restaurant practices. After asking whether any measures are taken against cross-contamination (answer: No. No there aren't.), his response was, and I quote, "There isn't that much gluten." He insisted that having gluten free crusts makes a gluten free pizza. I know, however, how sick I can get from having gluten free foods baked and prepared side by side on the same surfaces as non-gluten free foods, with the same utensils. I ended up calling corporate. Their response was the typical "we can't guarantee no contamination." Well, I can guarantee that the pizzas at Pieology are 100% NON-gluten free because of their practices. Practices which, I might add, Pieology corporate is completely aware of as being endemic in their chain of restaurants. If eating gluten free is a fad diet for you or you have a mild reaction, sure, give it a shot. For anyone with a real problem? STAY THE HECK AWAY!
