Woohoo! I've just joined a race team, I'm saving up for a new bike, I've been trying to do my own bike repairs (thanks to you GCN), and I'll be going to see some of the tour de France in the summer! I'm excited for 2015!

After school a few days ago, I spent an hour and a half tuning up and cleaning my bike. This was one of my favorite (and most time consuming) parts.

Does anyone own a Madone 2.5? I'm looking into one as an upgrade from my current 1981 Raleigh Super Record I got from a friend. What do you think?

+Josh Ross and +Hans Conley thanks, but I'm going to stay with an aluminum frame and just a carbon fork. For price and longevity. Thanks though!

Definitely go to your lbs and test ride. I do know that the madone line has shrunk with the upcoming year. Only the high end 7 series and the low end 2 series. Also it depends on what your goals are with the new bike. If it is just an upgrade for commuting or recreational rides it should be good as long as you like the feel of the ride. If you have more aggressive goals like racing then you would find yourself wanting another upgrade quickly.

I only had one time where I fell over and that was because I was busy yelling at a driver who had right hooked me. You'll get used to flicking your heel out and you sure as heck notice the increased power. Happy cycling.

Very helpful staff. They make sure you're getting what you went there for. The store is very neat and its easy to find what you need. Reasonable prices.

I was lucky enough to know someone who works at Google. They offered to give me a tour and I was extremely happy. I dream of one day working for Google I had seen pictures of the inside, and read about how is the best place to work in America. When I got there, it was nothing short of that. The inside is very decorated and colored, and it just has a very positive vibe. They have cafes pretty much around every corner. All the food is free and complimentary and it's amazing food. There are different and special rooms such as a lego room, a jungle room, a game room, a whole hallway devoted to pacman, and a library. Google always finds a way to surprise you. For example in the library, if you push the sides of the bookshelves, you will find a secret room which you can relax in or take a nap. The point if ask these things is to keep the employees minds running and to make sure they are at their best while working. Since the building takes up a whole block, there are scooters to help you get around faster. Now this place isn't ALL fun and games. There are also a out of Google's employees working their magic. Its a great place to visit if you can. Even if you aren't a technology geek.

I have spent all my 4-8th grade years at this school. All the teachers are very nice and you learn a lot. Most of the teachers are enthusiastic about their teaching and want you to learn. They make learning very interesting and fun. We have very good supplies. Very nice library, computer lab, art room, and gym. The only problem is that the gym only had heaters no air conditioning. The Auditorium and stage are very nice. The cafeteria is fairly new and large. most of the bathrooms are well kept. It is a very nice school overall.
