At Hawksbill Brewing in Luray, VA, we're homebrewers going pro. We just got our license and we'll take our 5BBL Alpha system through commissioning next week. Meanwhile we fired up the 1/2BBL pilot yesterday to brew a Chocolate Milk Stout - our first official brew day!
