One of my best experiences buying a car, not only the Durango 2014 Limited I bought is amazing, but the salesperson made us feel comfortable with the purchase, very good deal, quick service, the Finance lady was awesome explaining everything on details. One guy name Easy did made a difference, he knows a lot about the cars there. I got a detail carwash and a full tank of gas. 5 stars are not enough to express how satisfied we are with this Dealer, please continue doing what you doing.

If you want to buy a car, ask for Michael Setterington, Internet/Fleet Manager at Orange Coast Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram! He is honest, friendly and responsive person. Lori Kisner is finance officer, she is friendly, detail oriented, down to earth. I'm happy with my Toyota Camry, This is my first purchase with Orange Coast and I have no complaints with Orange Coast

Angie was my sales rep and is a down to earth, get-it-done, friendly and responsive person. She stayed in touch with me by phone and text messaging which was great. Kenny was my sales manager and he was great to work with, down to earth, and showed great care about my experience and satisfaction. This was my second purchase with Orange Coast and I wouldn't hesitate to go to them again.

We purchased a Jeep from ORANGE COAST on Feb. 11, 2015 and the team treated us great . We looked around and ended up buying the car we saw online.We took the car out by ourselves, without a salesman, no pressure at all,.Aldo and Flavio were very helpful, and we received a follow up call by Ferris. Amazing car buying experience. The sales team was great to work with and really helpful. They had my car taken out of storage, washed and detailed, and prepared quickly. The financing department was easy to work with and the whole experience was enjoyable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. We bought a brand new Durango from them and cancelled our custom order for the next model year, because they had just what we wanted! Excellent dealership and amazing customer service!

I took my 2012 JK. In for a recall and a check engine light. I would say over all the costumer service is outstanding. However i did have a slight problem with this visit. I have an after market air box on my jeep. It took me about 15 to 20 min to install. It is less complicated to remove and reinstall then the factory air box. I know i can remove the air box with my multi tool in about 20 min. In order to fix the recall they had to remove the air box. they charged me two hours of work. for a total of 150 dollars. They had to remove the air box to fix the recall anyways. What i don't understand is how they can get away with charging you for time, when i know for a fact it doesn't take that much time to do. When i asked the service adviser about this. I got a blank stare the kind that says i don't care what you're about to say next. My questions where met with the standard "this is how we have always done things." and "i've been doing this for 25 years. thats just how it is."

Took my Dodge Grand Caravan for service at the weekend. Service staff were very professional and courteous. Took care of all my needs under the warranty. Would highly recommend.
