Liver disease has such a varied array of side symptoms and physical effects, it never ceases to amaze me- in a disappointing sort of way.

I am about four months out from my last blog post, and that's an indicator of how crazy, busy, exhausted, chaotic, disorganized, and full of more important priorities that life has been. Life is still good though. Jesus is my hope, God is ever near to us, favor and special blessings shower me at unexpected, most opportune times.

A second liver transplant is a very real, necessary reality happening as soon as I get all my final testing done, the selection committee finalizes my status on the list, and there is a donor. Choosing joy now as all that hangs in the balance, and looking forward to a new kind of life physically once I'm around that bend in the road.

Onward and upward! :)
