Compulab and Linux Mint introduced the MintBox Mini in 2015. Since then both software and hardware kept evolving. Linux Mint is now at version 18 that is more robust and user friendly than ever. Compulab fitlet - the underlying platform of MintBox Mini - saw an upgrade in CPU, housing and thermal design.
Compulab and Linux Mint are glad to introduce MintBox Mini Pro.

For readers that are familiar with MintBox Mini here is a summary of the improvements in Pro:
- Linux Mint 18 "Sarah" pre-installed
- CPU is upgraded from AMD A4-Micro 6400T to A10-Micro 6700T and TDP is unlocked. As a result performance is doubled.
- 8 GB RAM
- 120 GB SSD
- Dual Gbit Ethernet
- PCIe 802.11ac WiFi + Bluetooth 4.0
- All-metal housing with improved heat dissipation

What did not change?
The miniature size, 5 year warranty, fanless operation and plentyful I/O are all there. The same 5% of each MintBox Mini Pro sale go to support Linux Mint development. The accessories (heatsink, mounting bracket, fit-Uptime, RS232, GPIOs etc.) are all compatible.

A comprehensive review of hardware, both Linux and Windows, performance, thermal behavior and more.
A recommended read for anyone considering fitlet-RM for personal use.

User's reviews of Airtop start to pop-up on Amazon.
"The build quality is the best I've seen on a PC to date. There is a great design effort behind this PC and the product shows it. The Airtop is beautiful, too. I don't remember using that word to describe a desktop PC before."

Tom's Hardware review of Airtop.
"Cramming a desktop-class Core i7 and discrete GeForce card into such a small case without any fans definitely changes the game."
It’s not a laptop. It’s not a desktop. It’s an Airtop, CompuLab’s fanless living room and office small form factor PC.

+AnandTech review of fitlet-XA10 LAN
"Surprisingly, the Compulab fitlet-XA10-LAN packs a lot of punch for its size... In fact, the fitlet-XA10-LAN manages to surpass all equivalent Bay Trail and Braswell systems in almost all benchmarks."
