Joseph Crouse graduated from +Charter Oak State College while he was still in high school. He went on to get 2 Master's degrees, a Ph.D., and a job as an adjunct professor. And he's only 20 years old!
Theresa and Thomas Crouse always knew their son Joseph was self-motivated and determined. The Taneytown residents weren’t surprised when he started taking Advanced Placement exams and online college courses while still in high school.

"Those with a college degree now make $17,500 more per year than those without -- a wage gap that's doubled in recent decades. Those without a degree are four times more likely to be unemployed."  +Charter Oak State College is an affordable way to finish your college degree.
The gap in earnings between young people who have a college degree and those who don't has continued to widen over the past several decades. And while total student loan debt in the U.S. continues to rise, millennials say a college degree is still worth it.

"For participants [in the Go Back to Get Ahead program], it could amount to more than $4,000 in savings on nine credits when course fees are added in at state universities and more than $1,500 at the community colleges. To start, returning students would get a free course in exchange for taking a course in their first semester, and then their second. They would also get the last course needed to complete their degree at no cost."

We were told when we brought our car in for an oil change at 9:50AM that it would take an hour. We went shopping and came back around 11AM. The car was not ready yet. We waited until 11:40AM to ask how much longer it would be. We were told it would be 10 minutes. We didn't get our car until after noon, over 2 hours after we dropped it off. When we complained while paying, we were basically told that it was just too bad, and that they didn't care if we wouldn't be coming back. To top it all off, they didn't even reset the "change oil" light in the car. Avoid this place.

City Steam has been the home to many of my favorite moments over the last few years. Great beer, great service, pretty-darn-good food and an excellent atmosphere. Something for everyone: pool tables, darts, private rooms, booth, stools, couches, low tables, regular tables, high tables, round tables and square tables. And the comedy club downstairs? AMAZING! Stand-up comedy Thursday-Saturday nights and improv comedy by Sea Tea Improv once a month on Sunday nights! I love City Steam!

Although I've never been, I felt like I had been transported to India as soon as I walked in the door. The ambient music and incense hazed and melted into delicious foods and excellent service. I left drunk on spices, without a hard hit on my wallet. Recommended.
