Customer's feeling of exceptionality of product, that is not coming from any feature or measurable value is difficult to grasp, and nearly impossible to repeat. And yet Apple seems to be able to infuse it in every iPhone. Perceived greatness is only one of 7 possible quality aspects, but the one that makes customers almost scream "take my money".
