There are so many bugs out and about. Praying mantises, bees in the straw containers at school, spiders, etc.

I’m looking forward to a frost.

There was only one person on this beach last weekend. You can’t see her in this picture. A tiny boat is hiding in the water, though.

When I cross the monkey bars at school, the kids stand there with their mouths open. When I jog to avoid a stray baseball, my neighbor claps. When I retrieve foul balls, there is discussion amongst fans.

I might be old, but I don’t act it!

I went for a bike ride this morning. There are no shoulders on most of the streets here, so I feel like I’m risking my life for 45 minutes. I’m still here! Yay!

My next house? Open and airy...

Right as I was taking this photo, I got caught in a huge downpour. Hours later, it’s still raining. I predict a problem with the baseball fields tomorrow.

Today’s view of the beach was less blah than the last post... actually you can’t see the beach since it is shrinking.

I parked my car at a nearby library and walked to the beach to avoid a $10 entrance fee. The walk was long, hot and humid. When I got there, the view was blah. This post is also blah. Life can be blah sometimes.
