Comcast has leased space for 1,000+ corporate employees at the new building at 7250 S. Havana Street - just south of Top Golf. The employees will move from other Comcast areas around town starting the first quarter of 2017, as leases on their current office space start expiring.

Thieves are grabbing up big paydays in their newest wire fraud schemes. A lot of buyers wire their funds to the title company to prepare for closing. Hackers gain access to any computer involved in the real estate transaction. They then send an official looking email instructing the buyer to wire their funds to the thief. Poof! It's gone. To help protect against this sort of scam, buyers should call the title company to confirm the wiring instruc...

The prize for the biggest gain in the U.S. Housing market goes to Denver. Our home values are up nearly 50% in the last 10 years. Our rate of appreciation was greater than the next three ranking cities - those three cities were all in Texas.

The busy housing season has started. Prices are up. Homes available for sale are up (but not nearly enough yet); Average days a home stays on the market is 24 (very low). If you're thinking about selling, I'd be happy to be a trusted consultant.

Denver's housing market shines again. 3rd best housing market for Millennials.
NAR recently analyzed employment gains, population trends, income levels, and housing conditions among the 100 largest metro areas to pinpoint the best purchase markets for millennial home buyers. Their analysis indicated that Denver is the 3rd best housing market for Millennials, behind Austin, Texas and Charleston, South Carolina.

See pictures of the charming Denver suburb, Parker. If you like old time flavor combined with modern day conveniences, check out this delightful city.
Parker combines old time flavor of a charming main street, horse properties and an equestrian center with a modern flair of the PACE (Parker Arts, Culture & Events) Center, big box stores, multi screen movie theater and chain restaurants. To see more pictures, click on the below link.

It's important, in this competitive market, to get pre-approved before you start looking at homes. With multiple offers that a seller receives, they most likely will not consider an offer from a buyer that has not been pre-approved.
Why is it necessary to get pre-approved before looking for a home? Well, if you qualify for a $400,000 home, you don't want to be looking at $450,000 homes. Most sellers will not even consider an offer from a buyer that is not pre-approved by a reputable lender.

Laptop Repair in Centennial (on Arapahoe Road) gave me excellent service. I called them on a Saturday after Christmas. I got there with my laptop "patient" about 2 hours before they closed. They were able to immediately install the new part that I needed. My husband had been trying to install the part himself, but we lacked the special tools AND, most importantly, the knowledge of how to successfully switch out the back cover. Once Coy removed all the numerous screws, it became obvious that we could have never navigated the different wires, antennas and other attachments. Any other company would have probably made us wait until after the 1st of the year. I was very pleased.
