A Business Recovery Center will open Monday, May 12, in Conway at the Faulkner County Justice Building. Representatives from the U.S. Small Business Administration and Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center will be available to provide key financial services and free, personalized counseling to businesses affected by the April 27 tornado. The Business Recovery Center will be open Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. until further notice. #ARtornado

Great news for Conway: Less than six months after a layoff at its Conway facility, Hewlett-Packard announced plans to establish a “regional industry development center” that would add approximately 200 jobs to that same site during 2014. These new jobs will support HP’s health care industry solutions for many commercial and state clients.
