Fantastic afternoon building "Steve" from Minecraft with the neighbours. Great use of moving boxes, with enthusiastic kids and big boys (e.g. me and Ross) to build him. #minecraft

As someone that has done management science and hence modeling of queues, you quickly learn that it is poor design to have multiple queues to multiple servers. Far better to have one single queue serving multiple servers. If I go to a store that doesn't have queues and has two servers, I'll start a single queue by standing between the two servers :)

Sharing etiquette

Curious to hear opinions on Google Plus sharing etiquette, in particular the following scenario...

If I see a post from somebody in my circles and they only shared it to people in their circles is it okay to reshare? to my circles? to public? It seems like you're breaking their privacy settings to do so.

If it's a link they are sharing should I just create a new post with the link? But what if their comments on the link are the interesting part?

That's the approach I've been taking so far Darren. I forgot about the disable reshare option, if anybody complains I'll mention it!

A summer intern at the Ordnance Survey has taken the data and converted it to Minecraft. It's now an official project and we can all download it. Via +Chris van Es  #minecraft
