Seasoned Roasted Potatoes
1.Scrub your potatoes and pierce them with a fork several times.
2.Microwave them for 7-8 minutes on high, turning once or twice.
3.Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
4.Score the potatoes to create cubes, but don’t cut all the way through. Stop before you slice the peel.
5.Melt one stick of butter. Add 1 tsp. garlic powder and 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese. I also added 1 Tbsp. lemon juice.
6.Brush with butter and season however you like. I sprinkled with salt, pepper, and Greek seasoning.
7.Pop in the oven for about 10 minutes at 375.
8.Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Broil until tops begin to brown.http://goo.gl/JbVYvs
