With 5 minutes of your time though you can save $184 (thats $190 minus $6 for the DIY TRX)

This is the video I wish I could have watched as a lanky, uncoordinated 13 year old. Gym class can be enjoyable ... but it takes work.

If we measure by contribution, Scooby is honestly a giant. I can't say enough, just go look at what he has given away.

Edit to add: I just noticed, if you just look at his costumes page, what I said might make less sense. Funny stuff.

TLDR?  Spend $190 and buy TRX, its very high quality, strong, and well made.

Thanks to those of you who have helped educate me about Google+, here is my new page. My page seems a more appropriate place to put all my fitness, health, bodybuilding, and nutrition related posts.

Very interesting article +Jerry Kim Gomez For sedentary guys, any positive change in nutrition habits or exercise activities could improve health. I have no doubt moderated eating chocolate could bring some benefits too.

Scooby's Home Workouts
Introduction
I am Scooby Werkstatt and am an engineer by profession but my passion is fitness.  I not only enjoy practicing sports myself but work hard to pass on the joy.  I do triathlons and beach doubles volleyball as well as long distance cycling (double centuries).

started the scoobysworkshop website back in 2005 because I got fed up with how fitness and bodybuilding had become nothing more than another big business run by money hungry corporations. I was looking for some fitness info on the web and I was disgusted that the only thing that came up were slimy ones all trying to push expensive books, newsletters, and supplements. The only good unbiased website I found was a Christian based one but it hadn’t been updated in several years and wasn’t very complete. Bodybuilding has done a lot for me and I wanted to give back to the community and help those without money to build healthy, awesome physiques. In this era of high-tech fancy machines and expensive neon lined gyms, people have forgotten that bodybuilding started out with very simple equipment – namely just cheap dumbbells and barbells. I wanted to show the people with no money how to build the same ripped, muscular physiques as the ones who can afford supplements and expensive gym memberships.

My focus has always been on health and fitness first and in 2013 I started another website with that as its clear focus - sweat4health.com.  The focus here in on people who want to get healthier and more fit.   We want to look good, who doesn’t, but our focus is on health and a great physique is a happy byproduct.  We want to *be* healthy as well as look healthy.
