Don't let the bar touch the ground. Stopping and starting is not good! Loose the reverse grip. Keep the back flat and engaged the entire time. I will call this power back. When straightening up, legs first then the back.  Don't hyperextend your low back when you get there, use your traps to lift up at the end. This is a set up excercise for the clean. Faster up. This set of 10 should look like one fluid motion.
Good luck.

Foul language is unnecessary as is this excercise. Planks are useless. All isometric exercises are. Planks are harmful for you shoulders. Just do a push up. As you proved, the injury risk factor on a ball is so high. All excercises should be chosen based on their effectiveness and safety. There are so many good excercises that are effective and safe. Stay there...

Good job kid! Get the camera set directly over your loom, get better lighting and yes talk more s l o w l y. No need to be in a rush. Perhaps it's because you're new at this? Still, good for you. Keep coming up with new ones for us.

So amazing and relaxing. Even though it was busy it never felt rushed. Lots of different spaces to sit, relax and talk. The massage was just a "Mcmassage" it was a real massage. Treated the areas of stress without beating me up. Felt like a noodle afterwards. Then I was given a glass of water and encouraged to stay and relax by the pool, get my bearings. Really got my money's worth! Had to put more money in the meter and the concierge did it for me! The second time I went. I booked the vinocure for a friends 50th birthday. 10 of us had manicures and wine. so much fun. Then went up for dinner at George restaurant. The whole afternoon/evening was perfect. Try it, you won't regret it.

We have taken multiple trips with this company and they are the best. The attention to detail, the choices in accommodation, guides, equipment not to mention the food are all the best. The value is incredible. The best money ever spent! SG, Toronto On

We took our daughter because of Winter. I wanted to get the most from our experience so I did my homework. We bought a family membership for $99 and booked as many interactive experiences as possible. I wanted her to be educated. We got our money's worth and more! She did the trainer for a day experiencem and what an experience! A memory she will have for ever. She got to be Sawyer! We did the eco tour, the Kayaking adventure(2 hours with a marine biologist taking us out in kayaks, amazing), the behind the scenes tour. We stayed at a nearby motel(Barefoot Bay resort, also excellent) and were able to go daily tp the facility. My daughter left with her tank full. Our membership payed for itself with the discounts. We also visited the Florida Aquarium for 1/2 the price. What CMA is doing is so amazing. We need more facilities like this one. We humans our doing such a terrible job at making sure there is a healthy planet for our children. My hat goes off to the 150 staff and 750 volunteers. All so wonderful. For all those who gave it a terrible revue. You are not going to this facility to simply see, you are going to learn! A must for our children. They will leave realising how fortunate they are to have there limbs and there health and there families!
