STAY AWAY!!! This place is AWFUL!!! Inspite of the overpriced terrible food and less than sanitary conditions, I took a group of grandkids to play several times last summer and on our last visit the new manager was extremely rude and over bearing. Wanted to read me all his new rules when I was checking in, kept bad mouthing Groupons etc etc. If he didn't want to have the customer increase from Groupon sales he shouldn't have listed with them. Told me Groupon was awful and that in the future I should just come and ask for the Groupon discount to save him some money. Actually, I am not there to try to save him some money but I don't think he could think about anything but how he could make more $$. Followed me around and kept interrupting my play time with the kids to tell me something else that was wrong with Groupon. Etc….. didn't go back until today. Thought we would check it out for the summer and drove the 30 minutes to get there only to find that no one bothered to show up to work. We waited 25 minutes and then finally left. Of course no one answered the phone and the recording just said to leave our name and they would call back. Ha ha! We will NEVER go to this place again. Big sign on door says NO GROUPONS…..I mean really, worst customer appeal ever!!!

My twin nephews had their first birthday party here earlier today. The party itself was a success. But, I am extremely disappointed with the service of the staff. I found that the staff was disorganized and rude. We waited patiently for them to clean a room that we had reserved weeks in advance! After getting our room we were introduced to a sweet soft spoken young lady who was to help us with the party. She was to help us go from station to station. Unfortunately, she had too much on her plate with other customers and left us without even telling us her name. We spent the rest of the time trying to figure out where we were supposed to be and when. And also chasing her around and trying to find her every five minutes was not fun. When we finally got our room situated....her manager proceeded to rush us out. During opening gifts....the stopped what we were doing to let us know (IN FRONT OF ALL THE GUESTS) that we were to be out by five or we would be fined! It was their fault that we were running late as it was. They didn't get us our reserved room on time, left us hanging and waiting around for help, and then tried to rush us out. The kids had a blast (when they weren't having to wait) but, the adults (including most guests) ended up having a stressful time trying to find the workers to allow us to keep the kids entertained. It would be a really fun place if the staff were at all organized!

This place was a great find. We have son's 3rd birthday party here. We had kids from 10 months to 4 years old at the party. They all had a great time. The Safari train ride was great we were totally excited about the animatronics. All the kids had a great time. We will definitely be back. I slso have to mention that we had a great hostess she made my sons 3rd birthday party great.

I had my 3yr old daughter B day party here and I have to say it was the best experience. All the kids and especially my daughter had a blast. It was hard to ask the kids to leave even after 3hrs of play. The place is really awesome. Our party host did an awesome job and helped us organize everything from start to end. The owner was also nice and was available to answer any questions or query.

Great little gem! I'm visiting from out of town and needed a safe place for my little one to climb and get energy out. This was perfect! She loved climbing and playing in the ball pits. I like that the play area is large enough to keep her occupied for a couple of hours, but not too large that it's difficult to keep an eye on her. The management and staff were extremely friendly and professional. I like supporting businesses where the employees treat customers so well. I will definitely be back. If I lived here, I would probably set up a weekly play group at Safari Park!

This is such special place. These are the things I enjoy about the Indoor Safari Park: 1) The robotic animal rides and the kid-friendly attendees. My 5 year old always looks forward to this experience. I believe they have a giraffe and an elephant. 2) Clean, nice design. Its pretty easy to keep track of your kid and the playgrounds are safe. If I could suggest an improvement it would be to add more toys and creative playthings to the babies area. I recommend taking your children here if you live in the Plano area.

I did my child's 3rd birthday party in Indoor Safari Park and it was super fun for my family and all the friends and their kids as well. The kids still talk about their robotic animal rides, the ceramic painting that they did and took home (we made it part of the goody bag for every child). The kids absolutely loved their mini-gold designed for their tiny hands. Of course the jungle and animal theme throughout Indoor Safari was really a nice experience. Their party rooms were large and clean and our host was very good. There were couple of more parties going on in the same time when we did but we did not notice any disturbance to us unlike most places where it gets too crowded with many parties happening at the same time. It was great fun and my son enjoyed it. It is a great memory for him and that is all I need as a parent.
