Just finish creating a workshop to teach #CrumbScale effort estimation method. Learn e new way to estimate and plan http://bit.ly/2iaUFG4 #agile #scrum

Instead of estimating each Story one at a time, CrumbScale distributes the effort Points in a two step process involving all of the Stories. CrumbScale has no need for reference Stories to initiate the “estimation” process and thus gets rid of "points vs hours" confusion. As an extra benefit, once the initial point distribution is done, a byproduct is the creation of a rapid estimation tool used for all future estimation in the project.

How are you handling the alignment between the Dev. Team and the stakeholders in your projects? Personally I do it through the backlog.
As part of the Handle it or hand it over method, the backlog collaboration loop is a fundamental communication channel for the Scrum project.

To open and maintain the communication between the Dev Team and the stakeholders, the Rally-Point Backlog and the leadership role of the PO comes into play. The goal here is to always keep the stakeholders in the loop regarding constraints found by the Dev Team and, of course, to always keep the Dev Team in the loop regarding constraints found by the stakeholders. Then, we must have a way to go back and forth between the two groups as a compromise is defined. To do so, from this point on, the PO must act as a mediator between the stakeholders’ world and the Dev Team’s world. Each new constraint must be resolved, reflected in the Backlog and agreed upon by both the stakeholders and the Dev Team. [...]

After listening to +The Wild Die Podcasti had to back this one. I was on the fence and planned on getting it once it got to full release, but the discussion pushed me into the camp of backing it now. It sounds like it had some really cool stuff that will be handy in some Savage Rifts campaigns, as well as being pretty awesome as a standalone supers setting.
