After my meal here last night, I feel like I need to go back and reduce every review I've ever written for any other restaurant by one star. It was just that good - everything else pales in comparison. The meal, the service, the drinks ... everything was perfect. And there is no way you can find another restaurant with this level of consistency, these rich flavors, a room as pleasant - for such an excellent price. The value is amazing - we had a feast! Almost 2/3 of the menu ordered, 7 people, cocktails and dessert, ended up about $50 per person - and that included a 20% tip, which was very well-earned by our server, bartender, and of course Hoss himself who was kind enough to come out and spend a little bit of time with us. It's only a matter of time before they have their Michelin star, at which point you won't be able to make reservations so easily; go now while you still can!

Fantastic meal! My newly wed wife and I went for a nice honeymoon supper and man, that is what we got! Highly recommend the pistachio meatballs, braised lamb and the goat cheesecake.

Nice intimate and quiet restaurant in Soma. Great place to go if you want to talk during a date or have a bit of romance. The restaurant was pretty good. Had the spaghetti squash, braised beef cheeks, Black Cardamom Braised Short rib, Pistachio Meatballs and fries. I would recommend the beef cheeks and the fries. The meatballs were a bit overrated, it was just ok. The cocktails were pretty good however. Overall the restaurant was good, but not as good as Kokkario. The price is a bit higher than I expected.

The pan roasted cod was delicious. The tamarind chutney with quinoa was a great flavor combo. The chicken with cream sauce was lackluster. The carrots were unseasoned. My drink was a bit forgettable. Service was prompt.

Went there with a group of 20 people during a busy conference, and the place, with chic, cute deco, was a little over-crowded. Despite of all the noise and hustle, I had quite a good experience there. The waitress and the hostess were both super welcoming and helpful, bringing out each course with perfect timing; they could be more attentive toward the end but I guess they were a little overwhelmed. The appetizers, entrees and desserts were all beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Following the recommendation from our waitress, I liked my grilled salmon and had a bite of the abgoosht (lamb stew), which was very hearty and delicious. I can only guess going there on a less busy night would only make the experience better.

Very underwhelmed by Fly Trap. I had the spaghetti squash, fries, scallop appetizer, and butternut squash soup. The fries were good, the soup depended a lot on the cream for taste, the scallop was literally ONE scallop, and the spaghetti squash was forgettable. Also, the cocktails tasted overly sweet. The service was great, but at the price point this restaurant was at, I expect more vegetarian options and better quality food. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

My first experience here was watching an employee leave the bathroom with out washing his hands. Then the waitress had a poor attitude and was a bit too snobby. The food was OK and the people I was with liked it.
