How I Discovered my Post-Exertional Malaise Was Not Depression
Since I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in spring of 2008, my life has been a series of ups and downs and of opportunities to learn from my experiences.  Adding aging and a couple of other chronic medical conditions to the ...

How To Use Weight Watchers Online and Eat Intuitively
For many years I did the diet circuit.  I ate all protein.  I did Weight Watchers when it was new, and I checked off my allowed foods.  I have done so many diets, I will not name them all. Then, I gave up.  I decided that since my medication encouraged weig...

The Heaviness of Clutter
Clutter is heavy.  It weights us down physically and emotionally.  It seems inescapable. However, that is a lie meant to destroy and keep us from moving on in our lives. So, do we have to live this way? Do we need everything that is weighting us down and ma...

Faith
One of my friends was doing a Bible study with her teenager. He wanted to know what her Facebook friends thought James 2: 18 means.   One of the first things I thought of was that Jesus said, You will recognize them by their fruits. Then he said, Are grape...

Not On A Diet!
Hooray, for the first time that I have ever decided to go back to Weight Watchers, I do not feel like I am on a diet.  I mainly went back online to test and see how eating intuitively was matching up with my points.  However,  I do not recommend this if you...

One Small Backsplash Can Make a Difference

Turning My Life Right Side Up
Amazing!  Now, that I have increased my Biocleanse and Probio5, I have already lost an inch in my waist since March 5th.  I didn't do my whole body measure today, but I was curious what the actual change was, because I could see it.  I spent a weird Februar...

Talking about what the Probio5 and Biocleanse did is only a very small part of this blog post.  I have many, many changes to make in my life, and that is not easy. But my Plexus is making it easier.  With God's help, I am getting there.

Story
Introduction
Before the age of 46 years,  muscular and joint discomfort, only occasionally kept me from being active.  In fact, I had worked at ignoring my headaches and other aches.I usually chalked up any discomfort to my very active lifestyle. I enjoyed participating in a variety of athletic activities, and I spent a lot of time outdoors with my family. I also taught and participated in my community and in my church.  Then, constant fatigue entered my life. I also got very depressed.  Even though I tried to stay active, I had to let more and more go.  I also began to gain more weight than I ever thought I would gain in my life.  My body would not cooperate with what my heart and mind told me I should be doing.  Feeling that way all the time took me to dark places, but God would not let me stay there. He was always working to renew my mind and spirit in my weakest and most painful moments. Furthermore, He was teaching me I could be content despite any adverse situations.  However, learning to be content does not take away hope that things will improve.

Something interesting has happened in my journey since June 2014.  I started using Plexus supplements;  and, I have actually become an independent ambassador for that company.  My energy has improved and I have been able to be more active, thus becoming stronger everyday.  I am losing weight, and I have more energy.

I am thankful to have this chance  to grow and to travel “my path” (Psalm 139:3a) with a fresh outlook.   Love to my Readers, Deborah
