Rocket launch footage from an onboard Raspberry Pi and camera module! This video was captured by one of two Raspberry Pis with cameras that were attached to Portland State Aerospace Society​'s
rocket LV2, launched in the Central Oregon Desert on 19 July. Congratulations on a successful launch, PSAS, and thank you for brightening up our Friday!

Flying Rockets

This weekend Portland State Aerospace Society trekked out to the Central Oregon desert to launch our  3.5 meter tall rocket "LV2" 5 km into the sky. One thing we never expected: the camera came loose and fell out during flight!!! Amazing footage!

University of Waterloo Rocket Failure*
