The service members and salesperson are excellent to deal with and are very willing to meet the needs of the customer. I feel they go above and beyond which is why I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

they are a big scamming dealership if you work for gm , they take yur personal ID and use it to sell cars , never will i ever do busniness there again , and I'am not the only 1 this has happened too!!!

A letter i sent to Groulx Automotive : On the night of February 8th I Drop off a 1999 Pontiac Sunfire to get diagnoses about a non-starting issue the car was having. On February 9th I talk to a Doug in the Service Department that what the problem is that the “PCM”/ “ECM” Was not communicating with the Instrument Cluster and that the Ignition Key Cylinder was not communicating as well. It was recommended that I replace all 3 at a cost of around $1,400. My complaint is what happened when I pick my car up. I sent My Father In law to Pick up the car than me up and Drive it to another GM Dealer to Get a second opinion ( you have to understand given the cost of the “Necessary Repair”) about 2 miles down the Road there was a Large POP! And then the engine became very loud and had no horsepower and was running very Rough. We pulled over and discovered that the Number 2 Spark plug was out of its socket but sill inside the spark plug wire iam assuming that Your Technician did this to test for spark but did not fasten the spark plug in securely, since I did’t have a Socket and Socket Wrench in the car I had to walk down in negative degree weather to “Autozone” to buy tools to re-fasten a spark plug your Tech Should have done in the first place. But that’s Not why am Upset, it’s that Second onion I got that made me upset. Come to find out that I had a lose connection at my “PCM/ECM” and a chafed Wire in my Dash which caused the Symptom’s I was having a $67.89 Fix. My car now is running Great. So after being a dedicated Groulx Automotive customer since 2004 this letter is to inform you that I will No longer come to Groulx Automotive any more for my Pontiac Dealership Needs for my 96,97,99,04 Sunfires as well as My parents and my In-Laws all who have Bought a Pontiac Vibe form you in 2008 they will be seeking there dealership needs elsewhere.

I bought a used car from Groulx and I can say I loved the genuine and small town atmosphere of the business. Gary was absolutely wonderful at his job and Joel was great! I have dealt with other dealerships in my life but this was the most positive experience I have ever had! Thank you for your expertise and friendly people you have there.
