Rustic-chic option with a tequila bar & fireplaces plating generous servings of Mexican cuisine.- Google
"But the food is just too bland to be good Mexican food."
"Needs to be tequila in the margarita!"

Had a Great Lunch experience at Moctezuma's even with a holiday weekend! The staff was very attentive and very professional. The food came out wonderful with great flavors, perfect temperatures, and plenty of portions! I would highly recommend if you get the chance to come give them a try!

Interior is incredible. I love the look and feel of the restaurant. Service was great too. But the food is just too bland to be good Mexican food. If you want real Mexican food go to El Pueblito. Not a bad restaurant at all, but the competition downtown is fierce at El Pueblito.

My girlfriend and I live in Olympia and were heading back home tonight from up north of Bremerton. She did a Google search while we were driving and found this place. We were not disappointed! The rib eye mini taco dinner was FANTASTIC!! We highly recommend this. Perfectly seasoned steak, poblano peppers, onions, flour tortillas and avocado. Anyway...that's our $0.02. Check it out!!!

The food was some of the best Mexican food outside of Mexico that we have been to. We had veggie fajitas and the fajita burrito and could not finish it all. Even better, when we asked for to-go boxes, jokingly, we asked for a to-go cup for the non-alcoholic piña colada and they brought us one. The decor was different for a Mexican restaurant; it reminded us of an olive garden, more intimate and cozy with fire places all around and comfortable chairs. We arrived at 7 pm, a busy hour and still had fast service getting to a table and receiving our food. If we are ever in the area again, you bet, we would go back again!!

i love to eat here but they could use more space if you go on a weekend be ready to wait even for the bar! But food is good and so is the service. Finding Parking is horrible

We had dinner 07/03/12. Likes: Gorgeous remodel! Staff very attentive, we were seated right away (5:00), and well taken care of. Kudos to all! Dislikes: Water tastes very chemical. Water is a must, and we weren't able to drink it. As they cook with it, make drinks/ice with it....we assume it flavors a lot. Undrinkable = not good. While we'd usually have an average of 3 glasses each, we drank not half an inch of the first glass. Don't know the problem, but it's huge in our opinion. Chips aren't good. Room temperature, too...thick? Or something. We hardly touched the first basket, whereas we usually are almost finished with a second and at risk of being full before our meal arrives if chips are good. We recallled we didn't care for them at the old location, either. Needs to be tequila in the margarita! Had there been I'd not have been able to finish it given I couldn't drink the water. As it was, I drank it and never tasted/felt a drop of alchohol. Food was okay. Didn't expect - on their second night - for it to be stellar. Will try it again in a couple months when they've had time to work the kinks out. If the same issues are found then, doubt we'll return, which is unfortunate. Having said this, it was an enjoyable evening, and nice to support local merchants.
