This place is Awesome! Greeted as I entered the door! Made me feel like I was part of their family. ARTI, KRIS and WAYNE plus the rest of the staff made this an outstanding shopping experience. I shopped other retailer's and the bottom line is Big Box Sporting goods store's are not the place to purchase a bicycle. You need a specialty store that sells only bicycles. My new Trek 2015 DualSport 8.4 is awesome! They sold me a complete bicycle from fitting, multiple test rides to the right accessories to make this a great experience. THANKS for a GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Good service and friendly people. Prices are definitely on the high side. Most bike stores in other cities that I have been are cheaper, and Amazon is definitely cheaper. That said, it is convenient to where I cycle and the selection of product is good. Clothing is really pricey though. The salesperson that I first met when looking to buy a new road bike was a fitness instructor with zero understanding of cycles. That did not look good on Trek. However, the technical staff in service really know their stuff. So it was just bad luck that I ran into such a cycle dummy my first time in. I later bought $5K worth of cycle from another shop where they really did have good sales staff. Worth noting Trek friends.... Your front line people have to be cyclists. Bottom line - go there for service. Price and staff knowledge for cycling products is more risky. Conveniently located in north Naples and nice washroom. Still worth the visit.

Came in for a weekend rental - these guys are awesome! Hooked me up with a great roadie. Wayne and Kiel made sure I had a great few days of riding on vacation. Highly recommended!!!

I rented a standard road bike for 3 days. Their tech mounted my pedals. On 4 miles of day three, the pedal stripped out of the crank and I had to single pedal two miles back to the shop. When I asked the manager for a credit for that day only, he not only wouldn't issue a credit, he threatened to charge me for damaging the bike. I noticed the bike had mismatched cranks when I first rented it, so it was not an original crank. The manager was exceptionally rude and their equipment is suspect. I wouldn't deal with them again.

My friend and I recently purchased two high-end bikes at this Naples Trek store. Subsequently we returned to add accessories. Our experience was outstanding. Wayne, the store manager, and his team were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire process. Their advice and insights got us the perfect bikes for our riding needs and with all the appropriate safety features. This is a top notch operation from sale to assembly!

Great, friendly staff. When I was buying my bike (Excalibur 8), Everyone is eager to help. They even brought my bike to Marco Island when it came in. Ive had my bike back at Trek 2 times. Both instances were less than desirable. The first time, it was there for over 2 weeks on a warranty fix, The second time, it was a recalled skewer, and I took my bike in, and told them I wanted it tuned up while waiting for the recall fix. When I got the call saying it was done, I told them I was on my way. When I got there, it wasn't done yet.. That's AFTER a 50 minute drive. Bike was purchased on 9/9/2014. Sales people are great, but the parts and service (in my experience) are a bit to be desired. Buyers remorse. I think I should have bought the Kona I was looking at.

Several weeks ago, a friend of mine – a rather discriminating and demanding shopper – purchased a new bike at the Trek store in Naples. When telling me about his purchase, he spoke very highly of the overall experience, emphasizing how pleased he was with the salesperson, Wayne (who also happens to be the store manager), who assisted him. When I was ready to purchase a new bike, I knew exactly where to go and who to ask for. Wayne not only met my high expectations, he exceeded them! He took the time to completely understand my needs and ultimately agreed that they would best be met by “moving up” to a Trek 7.7 FX (the same model that my friend purchased). Throughout the buying process, I was most impressed by Wayne’s knowledge; care in selection and fitting; guidance; patience; and, professionalism. He is a very personable individual and was a pleasure to work with. (In addition, my relatively brief interactions with some of the other salespeople and technicians – both in person and on the phone – have been very satisfactory.) Based on my most positive experience (and that of my friend’s), I would highly recommend Trek’s Naples store – and Wayne – to anyone looking to purchase a new bicycle. Thanks, Wayne . . . you're the best!

My experience with this shop was awful. I brought a Trek Shift-2 in with a broken rear derailer on Saturday. Wayne, the store manager, took my ticket. After initially saying he'd have to order the part and that he'd have it next Friday, he called a different store and said they had a compatible part that could be installed Sunday. On Sunday, I called to check on the bike, and someone confirmed it was on the docket for the day. He said they would call me when it was ready. No one called me again on Sunday. On Monday, I called them. Steve answered. He said there was a problem, and that he would research it and call me back. He didn't. An hour and a half later, I called again and asked for a manager. Clark said he was an assistant manager and that he could help. I went through the history with him, and he told me that Steve had tried to install the part, but found it did not fit. They would have to order the part after all. Well, this wasn't my bike - I was just borrowing it for a vacation, and my flight was leaving on Tuesday. I drove over to the store to have them swap out my components (saddle and pedals) with the stock ones the original owner had. I also left them his contact information since I wouldn't be in Florida to pick the bike up. They put it in the comments of the work order. Lo and behold, Friday morning, they called me - not the original owner. I had to call him and tell him it was done. So, 1. Why does Wayne, the shop manager, not know what parts will fit on a bike his shop sold? 2. If he doesn't know, why doesn't he ask one of his techs? 3. Why didn't anyone try installing the part on the bike on Sunday like they promised, instead waiting until I called on Monday? 4. Why didn't they call me back after promising they would? Literally the only thing that the shop did right for me was to swap my components back out - they could have tried to charge me for that and they did not.
