My experience with this shop was awful. I brought a Trek Shift-2 in with a broken rear derailer on Saturday. Wayne, the store manager, took my ticket. After initially saying he'd have to order the part and that he'd have it next Friday, he called a different store and said they had a compatible part that could be installed Sunday. On Sunday, I called to check on the bike, and someone confirmed it was on the docket for the day. He said they would call me when it was ready. No one called me again on Sunday. On Monday, I called them. Steve answered. He said there was a problem, and that he would research it and call me back. He didn't. An hour and a half later, I called again and asked for a manager. Clark said he was an assistant manager and that he could help. I went through the history with him, and he told me that Steve had tried to install the part, but found it did not fit. They would have to order the part after all. Well, this wasn't my bike - I was just borrowing it for a vacation, and my flight was leaving on Tuesday. I drove over to the store to have them swap out my components (saddle and pedals) with the stock ones the original owner had. I also left them his contact information since I wouldn't be in Florida to pick the bike up. They put it in the comments of the work order. Lo and behold, Friday morning, they called me - not the original owner. I had to call him and tell him it was done. So, 1. Why does Wayne, the shop manager, not know what parts will fit on a bike his shop sold? 2. If he doesn't know, why doesn't he ask one of his techs? 3. Why didn't anyone try installing the part on the bike on Sunday like they promised, instead waiting until I called on Monday? 4. Why didn't they call me back after promising they would? Literally the only thing that the shop did right for me was to swap my components back out - they could have tried to charge me for that and they did not.

I just wanted to comment on Steve, one of your fine mechanics. I have been coming to Naples for several years to spend a few months. I always bring my Trek Madone and whenever I have any issues Steve is my go-to guy. Several years ago he helped me out with a bearing issue in my rear wheel. He got it fixed under warranty and provided me with a loaner wheel at no charge. I buy my clothing from your store and the sales associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. But Steve is the exception in the service, quality of work, knowledge and pleasant manner he exudes. I will always do business with your store whenever I visit Naples. You are very fortunate to have such a high calibre employee such as Steve working for you, Ray Scott Lewes, DE

I've had my Trek 7.3 into the Naples store for scheduled maintenance, repairs and upgrades - Steve in the service department is the greatest!!!!!! Courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I will not take my bike anywhere else. Thanks Steve.

Great service! Kris helped me with finding the right Trek Mountain Bike for me. I will be looking for Kris when it's time to buy my next Trek. About a month ago I went back to the Trek Store of Naples to purchase a road bike. Trek was having a sale on the 1.5. I didn't see Kris there, so Alex assisted me with my purchase. Again I received "top notch" service. A+++

Great place in all regards. Personable professional and knowledgeable staff in all departments. Typically I do my own minor maintenance. Had inferior experiences at other shops. After getting feedback from neighbors I took my different brand bike to Trek of Naples for parts and service. Excellent experience in every way. Quick to share helpful information and performed wheel truing, pedal replacement and shifter adjustments expeditiously. When it comes time to make a new bicycle purchase, this is my place. Highly recommended.

Brought my Giant TCR Advanced to the shop after another local bike shop was unable to fix a rattling noise coming from the bike. The store was busy during this time of the year so it took a little time for the bike to get repaired but when I got the bike back it was smooth, quiet, and the problem had been resolved. The store also reduced the cost of the repair because of the time delay. Due to this positive experience this store and staff have earned my future business.

I do not live in Florida, but I visited Naples, FL and wanted to rent a high-end road bike to do some long distance cycling. The crew at the Naples Trek shop set me up on a Madone 5.2 for about $40 a day. They allowed me to return the bike late in the afternoon the following day, so I essentially got two days for the price of one. The bike was well maintained, smooth, and the staff provided me with a quick fit to help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable ride. The staff was also quite knowledgeable of their products, and friendly too. I would definitely recommend this shop if you are on the market for road bike because they carry a great product, and they seem to be patient and helpful in helping you buy the right product.
