This is just to warn all service customers that this can happen and does at Minot Automotive Center...and they do nothing to stop it, they admitted that theft has happened in the past but have no cameras, fences, etc. to protect our vehicles. So... We took my 16 year old son's Dodge pickup to Minot Automotive Center to replace the motor. For Christmas this year we had a stereo installed by Pacific Sound. APPARENTLY, when you get service done on a vehicle, you should REMOVE all subs and amps because when you pick up your vehicle....... and all the stuff under the back seat is ripped out....it is not Minot Automotive Center's responsibility. Just wondering how we can PROTECT our vehicle while in their possession??? So...back to Pacific Sound to replace what was stolen while at Minot Automotive Center.....he is a great kid, will not be back to Minot Automotive Center.

If you want to buy a car at fair market value without haggle, this is the place. They have a great setup in which there is a surplus of young, uninformed buyers with more money than sense (oil field workers and military), an inflated market, and no competition. But if you want a great deal, or fair market value for your trade, go somewhere else. When they say no haggle, what they mean is don't expect to negotiate anything because they know one of those young, uninformed buyers will be by tomorrow to buy the vehicle you're looking at for the price they are asking. They sell volume at fair market value, which is cheaper than MSRP, but not a great deal. So unless you have cash to burn, I'd go outside Minot.

customer service in sales auto department is great!! They treated me nice didn't rush me or try to sell me something too expensive. Adam was very nice and professional. I called a couple months later to the accesories department for a factory remote start. they were charging me for the part. plus 4 - 5 hours of labor which is 100$ an hour. I asked if their was any discounts they said no. but that is not what got me upset. what got me upset is that I asked if I can place the order for the remote starter and I will pay for that right now and once it arrives I will pay the rest(which is the lavor) . the guy said no. that I had to pay everything up front (which is like 700-800$) and make an appointment. what difference would it had made? a sale is a sale. and it was a pretty high sale if u ask me. I was going to spend that money there because I bought my car there. I had spoken to someone else before and they told me I only had to leave 20% down. so makes me wonder who was right. when I purchased my car I ordered some we a the tech floor mats. and chose the option to have it shipped to my home. I paid the shipping fee too! 1 month passed and I received nothing. I called numerous times to ask if it was there and nobody could give me an answer. I went to the dealer which is almost 3 hours away from were I live and asked direcrly. the lady went to go look. came back with the box and said it's been there for weeks. 5 months old I went to the dealer because my antifreeze was low level. as far as I know antifreeze stays in your car unless you have a leak. they just did a visual check for leaks and didn't find anything. put antifreeze in it and didn't even top it off! they didn't give me advice or anything if it should go low again. bad experiences in my opinion.

I purchased a Used Vehicle from this dealer in September of 2014, by October 2014 the Vehicle required a new Transmission ($3,500.00) and by November 2014 the Vehicle required a new/repaired motor ($13,000.00). Dealer wouldn't assit with any repairs. Talked to MULTIPLE people who have experienced similar issues. Would not recommend doing any buisness with this dealer. If you are looking for a Chrysler/Dodge Vehicle, Travel to Bismarck, its worth the time.

This is a warning to all that have and those thinking about taking there vehicle to Minot Chrysler. I took my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 to this company to get my oil changed and to have the DVD system fixed and ended up having my tailgate stolen while in there care. We talked to the service manager and was told there was nothing they could do except POSSIBLY help with our deductible. I think this is unexceptable and we plan on figthing it. I will never take another vehicle nor purchase another from this company.

Shady Shady,, What reputable dealer charges an uninstall fee to un install equipment that never worked.. Shame on you for taking advantage of anyone especially young Military men and women serving our country.. Shame shame!!! Thought for sure after talking to Brad the general manager he would do the right thing. Guess that's why so many bad service reviews. Of course a week or more later and no call from this dealership, why does the so called owner even bother posting a response ? Two mos later , still no response from the service manager nor anyone.. Just horrible

I have been using the service department at this dealership ever since I arrived here last April. Amy Fox and the staff have been absolutely fabulous to deal with!!! Any time they find something additional that might need work, they show me the issue, make recommendations, and I can take it or leave it. I have not experienced that with very many service departments in the past. I don't feel like I'm overcharged by Minot Automotive, and I know I'm getting great prices on tires, especially when compared with other locations here in the Minot area. Would recommend Minot Automotive's service department any day to anyone.
