I purchased a new RAM 2500 and had several unanswered questions about how different things work on this vehicle such as block heating, winter front, U Connect and it took me over a week to figure out where the switch for the sliding rear window is located. My vehicle was delivered with odd air pressure in all of the tires which I believe should be one of the most important things to be checked prior to delivery, especially considering that it had sat for 14 months since being built. Don't bother with Charbonneau in Dickinson, they wouldn't even adjust my tire pressure. I went there before Minot and they just seemed disinterested and did not offer any assistance with financing. On the bright side I do enjoy the vehicle even though I've been a GM man my whole life. The Cummins diesel has good power and will have even more after being tuned. Ram has come a long way from just a few years ago.

I will never do anything with this dealership again. It took a month to get it in (there was something wrong with it, not sure what it was) plus fixing 2 recalls. They gave it back to me and told me it was fixed, it wasn't. I brought it back and they called me and told me what was wrong. Quoted me $2100 plus labor. I called somewhere else and they quoted me $650. They were going to replaces things that did not need to be. I went to pick up my vehicle, and they charged me $300 just to look at it. Never again.

Simple oil change and tire rotate in the service department. Just pulled up and they had a very convenient waiting area with chairs and TV and Coffee. Would recommend for oil changes or service to all friends and family.

I bought two vehicles from them! I will not buy no more. Great people in Sales department. Professional and answered all my questions. But sadly the other departments kill it for everyone. Parts department BAD customer service. Service department as well! Dont get me wrong, their had been some great people in Service that helped me and left me satisfied. But again one person could kill it. One time that got me really upset was when I took in my vehicle to get an oil change. They top up my fluids and put air in my tires. But a gentleman came up to me and told me that a tire is loosing air so do not take off the cap. I did not think much of it; i was in a rush to get out of their! But when I got out I thought to myself how can they let me leave without fixing the tire? That is a safety issue. I had my children and my wife. What happens if I drive back home which is 2 1/2 hours aways and my tire pops or looses air? So I went to Tireplus and told them what happened. He came to my vehicle, took of the cap. Unscrewed the valve stem and put a new one. FREE OF CHARGE. Less than 5 minutes. Why couldnt the gentleman at the dealership do that in the first place? To top it off a lady which I believe was a manager (she came up to me before this even happened and showed me a paper saying if the service they offered was good, and i think she said she was a service manager. not sure) was their when the gentleman told me about the tire. Really dissapointed.

This place sucks,I and my family have bought and had lots of service done there The whole damn place sucks.They all try to jerk you around. Brad the so called manger is nothing but a damn jerk. My family will never come back
