It waa horrible. The parking situation is deplorable to say the least. They have a dude sitting in his car takjnf up parking space to boot cars of peiple who come in as patrons if the person steps for one minute from the parking lot. I experienced it and i just went acrosss the st. For less than 3 min.

It is bright inside and the atmosphere is really nice nice. However the internet is practically not working. So if you are planning to use internet forget it. If you are going to study quietly or hang out with friends it is great. The coffee is also nice.

I really enjoy this place. Having moved here from NYC, this was the closest coffee shop I could find that reminded me of home. They're open until 12, which is really neat - though I miss the conveniences of home, with places being open until very late. I find the staff to be nice and competent. The drinks are very yummy, though I think they could stand to do without the Manhattan prices (something I don't miss!) Overall, my go to spot here in Atlanta.

I won't be checking in at the sorry caribou coffee ever. I was sitting at the caribou coffee on the corner of 10th and piedmont because I had misplaced my keys the manager comes up to me and tells me that if I'm not gonna buy anything I have to leave. All the money that I spent at caribou coffee they should be asking me to stay the night.
Liked: It's only a 0 were possible
Disliked: Food, Service, Atmosphere, Value, employees, The manager

Only giving a 5 for 1 reason. They have 3 different wifi offerings. Cablewifi, xfinity wifi, then caribou wifi. If you have Comcast you can log in once and it will find that wifi every time you are near a caribou in the Atlanta area. Every time i use Starbucks wifi is sux! Constantly getting slowed down. It's awful. If you can use the cable wifi here then you can stream anything! Speed is awesome!

I have a Caribou Coffee Customer since 2004 and subscribed to the email newsletter since 2010. On May 12, 2013 on the way to Piedmont Park with my 3 boys and husband, I decided to stop and pick up my favorite 2 Medium Caramel Highrise Hot Beverages for myself and my spouse (it was a chilly breezy day yesterday) Upon entering the "supervisor" a female took my order and I paid her with my debit card. While waiting for my beverages I noticed the chalk board sign stated buy one get one free, I immediately pulled my email account up to find the BOGO email from Caribou, I asked the supervisor who took my order if she would honor this as I did not realize the special until after my purchase, s(Mind you I am a mother of 3 boys and it was mother's day) she stated " Oh, too bad you already bought the drinks." I then stated to her she could possibly credit my card for one of the drinks, she stated, "Well I would have to explain the voided transaction." At this point I was over the excuses and certainly was not going to beg for a free drink special for Mother's Day,and was put off and embarrassed by her lack of empathy and consistent excuses. To say the least I am more than disappointed in this experience on a day set out to appreciate not only Caribou Customers but Mother's. I would like for someone to coach this "Shift Supervisor" on Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Retention, she failed at this with an added lack of Empathy as well (I understand this is something that is a personal attribute and can not be taught, however she lacks this as well.) as I will not return to this location ever again. If you would like to contact me regarding this experience feel free to do so by email or my phone number listed above. Thank you,
