This place is a joke. I recently went there just to look around. I currently drive a loaded Honda Accord coupe. I am thinking about trading it in for a Cherokee. After talking to the sales guy a bit he brought over his sales manager. I told the guy exactly what we were looking for. Even trade, 60 months, 450-475 car payment, 1000 dollars down. He asked if we had time to wait. Keep in mind we had previously been made this offer on another cherokee at the same price (separate dealer). That dealer was a bit further away, so we wanted to check in this area. Anyways, the salesman gets the documents from the sales manager and presents us with an 85 month deal with a 479 payment. #1 what part of what I told you initially did you not understand? #2 in what planet did you think that I would finance anything with you for 85 months? (our credit scores are well over 700) #3 why would you waste my time? The simple fact that he came back with what he did, pissed me off, and also completely demonstrated that they were some hustlers, messing with the wrong people. Do yourself a favor...be clear with them. Example: This is what I want...if you can't do it cool, but don't waste my time." P.S. that crap that they sell about giving you the car at invoice because your military is also a joke. My father is a car salesman. A dealer buys a car thousands of dollars less then the sticker price not a measly $1500 less. Its not rocket science.

Took my Grand Cherokee in for routine 20,000 mile service of oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter change, and the 21 point inspection. Scheduled service was at 9 am, which I arrived about 20 mins early. I was told it would take an hour to hour and a half to complete. I had them drop me off at my house so I wasn't waiting at the dealership. About 2 PM I called to ask about my Jeep. I was told then that it wasn't ready, but it would be ready in about an hour or so. I finally got Jeep at 4:30 PM. To top it off they hadn't changed the cabin air filter because they didn't have it in stock. Today I went out to check that everything under the hood was as it should be, (gotten in the habit of this after finding an oil cap was loose years ago). When I opened the hood I found one of their shop rags laying over the top of my cold air intake! Good thing I didn't drive far yesterday....I WILL NEVER TAKE MY JEEP HERE AGAIN!

Nathan, I am very sorry for your situation. We really hate to lose you as a customer. I don't want to make light of the lack of communication of our service writer, which should have certainly notified you of the computer updates that were required, which would extend the necessary time in the shop. Five updates where completed to your computers; PCM update, transmission control module, DEF injector module, a/c control and an update for the Instrument Panel Control (IPC) which took two hours alone. Our service writer continually strive to improve their communication and customer skills. We pride ourselves on GREAT service and hope you will reconsider your desire to get service other places. We understand you have a choice. We have never stocked the cabin air filter for that vehicle, but now it will be stocked. Thanks for letting us know. Our automatic replenishment operation (ARO) software didn't pick it up. We are ordering an extra one for you so you will have it when you need to change it in the future. No charge. fan on radiator would not shut off, they taped a wire, next time I drove the vehicle it overheated as the fan was not running. Took it back and that was my first mistake. They told me the battery was dead and they could not check out the car until it was running. They thought it was the water pump. I told them to jump the car to get it started to check it out. The battery was only 2 years old. After calling 4 times and getting no return call, I got a call saying it was the radiator fan assembly. They quoted $650.00! After looking the part up on line and seeing it was a 150.00 part and was only 6 screw and a plug in to install I called back and was told Oh this is a very expensive part and 2 hours of labor. They are full of crap and we will NEVER go there again. We were going to trade the vehicle in on a new one, but they just lost our business.

I have bought two cars from Donovan in the past two years and have had both serviced by Donovan. I have been treated fairly and with respect by every employee encountered; whether sales, service, or parts. If (or when) I buy another car, it will most likely be from Donovan.

I scheduled service online on their website. When I got there, service department did not honor my appointment, saying he did not see any appointment on his system. Obviously the online system does not work, and I just waisted my time.

Both good and bad experiences...I guess it depends on who exactly works on your vehicle. I've been going there for a long time and I like the people - but I've been surprised a couple of times with what I would consider rookie mistakes (dripping leaks after an oil change or missing tire valve stem caps). However, on the other hand, they were also able to quell the infamous jeep shake I had experienced with my wrangler. So again, my experiences have been mostly positive with a couple of eye brow raising experiences. I still have faith in them.

All I have to say is they don't stand by there product, once you buy they don't want anything to do with you, and also when vehicle went in for repair it got keyed while there, they are clueless on anything they do the manager doesn't care about anything as long as he gets his money, the service department is a JOKE little puppets that can't figure out or diagnose anything on there own, this will be the first truck from them and the last one owned and operated by vets my ass sorry bunch of crooks.

Chrysler is very good at resolving the issues, even if it means proving you a replacement vehicle.
