Nathan, I am very sorry for your situation. We really hate to lose you as a customer. I don't want to make light of the lack of communication of our service writer, which should have certainly notified you of the computer updates that were required, which would extend the necessary time in the shop. Five updates where completed to your computers; PCM update, transmission control module, DEF injector module, a/c control and an update for the Instrument Panel Control (IPC) which took two hours alone. Our service writer continually strive to improve their communication and customer skills. We pride ourselves on GREAT service and hope you will reconsider your desire to get service other places. We understand you have a choice.
We have never stocked the cabin air filter for that vehicle, but now it will be stocked. Thanks for letting us know. Our automatic replenishment operation (ARO) software didn't pick it up. We are ordering an extra one for you so you will have it when you need to change it in the future. No charge. It will be in next Wednesday, 27 May 2015.
