Made an appointment to see about a check engine light on. The engine was running rough and figured it was a misfire. They confirmed it was and said a fuel service ($140) and spark plugs ($270) would fix the issue. I had the fuel service done and changed the plugs myself (they only had 30k miles on them from the last time I did it). The misfire continues to happen again on the same cylinder. Short story, Mike refuses to honor his work and now refuses to work on the truck. If pointing out what the problems with the truck could be and suggesting ruling out problems that would be covered by the lifetime power train warranty before having the customer pay to rule things out causes them to refuse to honor the warranty then so be it I suppose. My wife really wants a Jeep Renegade. Forget about worrying about getting a good deal on the purchase. Having this service department as the only option turns me away from chrysler products all together. There seems to be a superiority feeling in that department. It doesn't seem to matter who is in charge. I am open to a sit down with the owner to go over my experiences from the beginning. Many other people share the same experiences, but that isn't for me talk about. UPDATE: Took the truck to Tucson and guess's what I suggested that they refused to even check without paying first because it would be a "waste of my techs time" and lifters. Your dealership lost money because of your service manager could not admit they made a mistake diagnosing the problem.

These people are crooks. Be careful with this dealership. I was interested to purchase a vehicle that the advertised for 23,495 usd for 2 specific VIN number vehicles. I send them an email and they called back the next day confirming the price. I drove 2 hours to the dealership to purchase the vehicle and when i got their they said that they can sell it for 32,000 and change. Even after prroving them the advertising they claimed that they did not advertise the vehicle at this price. But all of the advertising shower the vin number of the vehicle and photos of the vehicles at their dealership. They don't care about the customer and they try to get you can in on false advertising. Nobody really cares at this dealship and the don't take responsibility for the advertising. STAY AWAY AND DEAL WITH A REPUTABLE DEALER.

First off, let me say that Tony Cobb and Marty Datin are awesome! They have tried their best to help me and my family. Now to the real situation with Donovan Dodge. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them and around every single one, there has been an issue. I am currently in the process of trying to buy a used 2014 Dodge Ram (USED!!!!). Currently the price is above what some dealerships are selling , but I am trying to keep it local and purchase from them. We have our first offer and I get the offer letter. Everything looks great and we are all ready to sign. Boom the credit Union says no to the deal, hey no big deal not Donovan Dodges fault. So Marty is trying to do his best to get this deal worked up with the original agreement. Then I get notified that Mr. Donovan doesn't want to honor the deal, we are giving to much for your trade. So here I sit, 4 days later, no deal, no truck and extremely pissed. Moral of the story it may suck to drive to Tucson or Phoenix for a vehicle, however when they are offering you the same vehicle that's in New Condition for around the same price as the USED one your going for, do it. Make the drive to the other dealerships. Your credit, wallet and mental health will thank you for it.....

Overpriced and their service sucks! We test drove a vehicle, then the salesman took us out further than we wanted to go after I repeatedly stated that did not have much time. By the time we returned to the dealership I was running seriously late. But that did not stop the salesman from demanding that I come inside to speak with his manager. are you effing kidding me? I Drive all the way to Tucson to get my Dodge parts because I do not shop here

its funny how Donovan advertises "new managers new attitude" or something to that extent, a year ago I went in to test drive a new ram truck, the sales person was very respectful and understanding i cant think of his name Hispanic early to mid 30's, I explained to him that I did not want my info in his system and that I would come back if I believed the deal was fair, he asked me to talk to his manager before leaving the dealership since it was common procedure,I agreed since it was not the first lot I hit and everybody seem to do the same this point the manager started asking me questions that had nothing to do with buying a car, he was loud, laughed really loud and when he walked away he walked in to an office and started making all kinds of gestures that looked very improper to one of the sales guys. It was then when I decided not to go back to Donovan, so last week I saw their advertisement about new managers, and first thing I see when i walk in the building is the same manager that was there a year ago..turned around and walked right out...

Again, way over priced service sucks. I was helped by an overweight African American gentleman this clown needed a shower BAD and was rude to me when I was just trying help him make a commision lol. It felt like it's not a place that's about making money and selling cars but geared more towards sitting down and surfing the computer and complaining about how they can't figure out why people don't want us to rip them off? If your into people watching then this is spot to check out for a good laugh, otherwise don't waste your time if your serious about buying a vehicle, because these clowns definitely are not.

Just bought a used Fiat 500 there last week. The salesperson, Martin Dayton was terrific. No mile a minute oversell, no sexism. And the car is what we wanted, at the right price.

DONOVAN CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
