"All in all a true Star hotel and the service is exquisite!"
"In short, the room smelled of a strange odor which was not agreeable."

Location is very convenient near public transportation and within walking distance of many other businesses. The atmosphere in the French room for afternoon tea was very welcoming. The service was very good overall, but our waiter did not come by very often, and we had to wait a long time near the end to get our check and some boxes.

Beautiful, elegant and great food. Pricey for Indian food but its the Taj so its expected. But its definitely worth a visit once.

As a farewell gift to a friend, I agreed to high tea at the Taj on a Saturday afternoon. Unladylike as I am, I enjoyed the tiny treats and elegant table service in a beautifully posh setting. At $34/pp for tea and pastries however, I’m sad to say I had to buy lunch a few hours later.

Excellent food and service. Was a little on the expensive side but that is to be expected at an establishment of this caliber.

Service in the dining room was a bit rushed, decor and furnishings were very worn. Valet parking took over 45 minutes to return vehicle. Actual food was delicious.

Service out of this world. Had an issue with Expedia but Taj management and front desk took it upon themselves to solve it. Throughout the stay, the same folks were so welcoming and helpful that they literally made my girlfriend cry at the checkout time. Best hotel in Boston

Went for afternoon tea at the Taj. Service was great and very relaxing. Definitely a pricey tea, but worth it for the experience.

I asked the bell boy to get me a hooker and he never came back. I saw him in the lobby during check out and confronted him in front of his boss and the man in charge stated "Sir, we don't do that type of thing here." This is where I got angry. At more then 200 dollars a night you would expect the staff be less reluctant to fulfill guest basic needs and sexual fantasies. The only reason they got 2 stars is because the shower was very clean.
