Thanks for the review. Although, I am totally bummed out by the lack luster review, I think it provides us with an opportunity to improve our business operations so that inconsistencies like these do not occur between our different offices. I spoke to the office managers in both of our locations and I believe that they were trying to price out the Silhouette glasses with progressive lenses in different lens and coating combination's to give you the best value while using your voucher.
