This October's #NJSen
election is a choice between someone who has proven he can work together to build bridges and someone who says he is determined to tear them down.
I firmly believe that we are stronger when we stand together, when we work together, when we take care of our own: our children, our elders and our sick. I’m a proud progressive and a Democrat, but I will be fiercely pragmatic in my fight for all New Jerseyans.
My opponent, a self-described “right-wing radical,” believes that we are better when even the most vulnerable among us have to fend for ourselves. He has such extreme views he’s not even in sync with the mainstream of his own party.
These differences matter. And these differences change lives.
I hope you will join with me this October – not in moving left or right – but in moving this great state of New Jersey forward.
