We recently had to replace our over the counter microwave and with that we started to assess other attributes of our kitchen. #ReinventYourKitchen #OrganizeMyLife With some of the early design that seemed to work we began looking at different kitchen designs that could make our kitchen more functional. One of the most expensive part of any kitchen remodel are the cabinets and drawers. Some of the more durable drawers and cabinet doors use ball bearing drawer slides which make adjusting much easier.
You can find some nice resources here @http://www.ovisonline.com/Full-Extension-Drawer-Slides-C36.aspx for more information.

I recently had to search for a small engine part for my sons four wheeler and I am still amazed at the ease in which you can find what to me seems like such an obscure part. Even if you are searching for heim joints for your dune buggy there are specific online retailers that specialize in such parts. You will be able to find the exact dimensions within a minute or two and the ease of ordering has gotten so much better. I like the fact that most of these retailers like #mooreisbetter actually allow you create accounts so you can find the parts you ordered in the past and track the shipments.

Have you ever been in a place that you would not normally be and you are given the chance to help someone.Today I was out in my territory calling on accounts for a typical Thursday. I had come down the elevator from the 4th floor, and instead of heading directly to my car to capture some notes, I went to my right and found a bench to stop for a moment and plan for some calls later that day.

As I was getting to go, a gentleman by the name of Don who was deaf was stopped just in front of me. He was looking for a doctors office that had moved about 20 minutes north of where we were, but there was no mention of this on the door. He had traveled over 80 miles for this visit and simply asked me if I knew where they were. Thanks goodness he was a good lip reader, because I was not sure how to communicate other than writing out my response. After making some calls I located the office where he was to go for an appt.
I was thinking I could just draw out the directions, but that created more confusion and his smartphone was limited in it's mapping tools. (Which was probably not the safest for him to be staring at a small screen while driving).
I then told him to follow me in my car as I drove to the clinic. I had plans to meet a colleague for an account lunch, but knew there was a reason I was sitting there. I had just received an email from +Sam Parker and his team that morning and one of the quotes in the email was "We are here to do god things for others" (Find them at inspireyourpeople.com)
Once we arrived at the destination he thanked me and invited me to coffee if ever I were in his hometown. He showed me his address and of course it was 212 ******* (I left out the actual street to protect his privacy) and this was another confirmation that is where I was meant to be this AM.
I will make out Don's home in the next few months and hope to be able to keep our brief encounter moving forward.

Thanks to Sam and his team for the weekly reminders and I have shared them with my team along with the books, and now this gives a story to really bring to life the true value of what we talk about.

The affordable care act has many health systems scrambling to understand reporting requirements. With many open sources solutions there are companies that can help in payroll, and other metrics that need to be reported.

My youngest daughter has now graduated to upper level #Soccer   . The days of getting kids soccer trophies at the end of every season are gone, but the games are definitely more competitive. I know companies like #QuickTrophy   have been helping youth sports honor all types of athletes. We still keep all of her trophies and medals that she has won in her early youth days and know that she will be adding to those honors while in high school.
