Employee warning: Highly unsafe and does not follow a lot of basic safety regulations (painting in shop unventilated and around other workers with fumes and debris floating everywhere). Underpaid and treated like unprofessional scum (your a nobody that knows nothing even if you know 10x more than them, they simply dont care what you have to say to try and make things go smoother and easier for the next time around). Be aware fresh new apprentices! There is zero room for growth with this company despite what they tell you. They hire and fire people left and right rather than paying their already unhappy employees fair wages to improve shop moral and production times. All in all for employees if you need some cash, they do offer stable 40hrs a week if your past probation (goodluck passing probation they will likely fire you before hand and rehire someone new. Your better to find something your unsure of then get sucked into this one.... Ask any current employee that works in their shop they will attest to what has been said. Customer warning: They shine themselves on pretty good but do not live up to their word and lots of projects are late and even being late have lots of unfinished aspects requiring multiple on site visits to remedy. They will ship out unfinished just to claim they "made the deadline". Poor design and no standardization of most modification projects (ex: on two exactly identical jobs they will use caulking to seal on one and weld the other). The engineers are pretty terrible as well and often just slap things on paper unknowing if it will even work or not leaving it to the worker to figure out for them then they wont listen to their professional opinion to remedy a solution to issues and come up with a bastardized fix (reworking jobs to death). Customers.... Youve been warned first hand.
