The chicken was delicious. Totally become it. U can taste the spices. I don't like pizza, period. Also give the kids a marvelous cheesecake desert or a gum ball or two. Fantastico!! But the chicken for kids, YES!!! :-)

Horrible pizza and service. The only redeeming quality to this joint is that it is the only pizza place I know of that delivers to my area. They usually say delivery will be in 45 minutes but it has taken up to 90 minutes. Pizza showed up cold and almost inedible. Even fresh it would be bad pizza: greasy, soggy crust. I've had pizzas in school cafeterias that were better.

The food was very good and hot when i got it. I live deep in new fairfield well worth the minimum a big menu but the mild wings and chicken parm dinner hit the spot. This is our new place to get food every sunday

The intial order was very basic. It consisted of a medium chix marsala pizza, fried calamari, and a slice of sicilian pizza. After waiting 45 minutes, I decided to call and check on the food. The man on the phone was convinced that I had been waiting much shorter and then assured me that the food would arrive within 10-15 minutes. When 95 minutes rolled around, I called again. I was overwhelmed with numerous excuses as to why the food had not arrived. I waited about 15 more minutes, and called one last time. A driver arrived a few minutes after this call, speeding in the parking lot and parking spot in the middle. The food was horrible. As soon as I put my hands on the containers, I could feel no heat whatsoever. The chicken marsala pizza was disgusting. It was a white pizza overwhelmed with rubbery, undercooked cheese. The cheese overwhelmed any other element of the dish. It was difficult to gain any flavor from the chicken or mushrooms, despite the minimal amount that was put onto the pizza. The calamari was not good either. Their poor excuse for an overseasoned breading overpowered any slight hint of squid that the customer would like to taste. It was also very saugy. I'm glad we only ordered one slice of the sicilian pizza, because that was the WORST part. It reminded me of the Ellios I used to eat when I was a kid, but I think ellios has the upperhand on Sal's. I have ordered here previously, with a staff a little less rude and food a minimally higher in quality, but I will not be ordering from this establishment again.
