Would be scary if trains carrying crude oil crashed in urban Philly like they did near rural Quebec where 45 people were killed. Philadelphia Energy Solutions said it would be almost impossible to happen here as the trains only travel 30 mph on isolated track. There has already been one derailment but no oil spilled. How do they quantify "almost"? How fast was the train that derailed going? Who's paying attention to this risk?
