This was the worst Chilli's by far! Long, long wait for crappy food and drink! First, We ordered some drinks from the bar to relax. First drink called for Sprite, we get it flat no fizz. Told the waitress, she said Bartender said that's how the Sprite comes in this particular drink???? Dumb, I guess it's Coca-Colas fault for making it special just for Chili's drinks! Then our appetizers comes out, basically a couple of blobs of breaded pickles that were so clumped together, that it was just not worth tearing them apart to try and dip! Here comes our "HOT" food ,grilled steak on cast iron skillets. Wow! We were excited for it.....The waitress warns, it's hot becareful??? After taking one bite of the asparagus spear, it was still crunchy cold inside, grabbed the handle on our skillet, guess what not even warm!!!! It was a joke and gr8 disappointment. Waitress could tell we were unhappy with our meals. But didnt bother to try to fix anything, and still forgot to take off the charges for the flat Sprite & Vodka drink! Just so not worth going there anymore. Don't waste your time & money.

My wife and I received one of your gift cards for Christmas. From San Antonio, we decided to take a day trip to Corpus Christi, Texas. Our initial desire was to go to Macaroni Grill on Padre Island Drive. Due to bad reviews, we decided on Chili's Instead. My wife's meal arrived to the table cold. Her Broccoli was cold, the mashed potatoes and steak were lukewarm. Her fish was hot and enjoyable. The waiter was nice enough to bring her hot potatoes and broccoli. My meal was fine. Unfortunately, buy the time we were ready pay, I had to track down the waiter to remove the extra charge for the second serving of side dishes. I visited the restroom while we waited for our food and I could not help notice the floor was littered with debris. Lots of water on the floor because there was a layer of water in the kitchen area. The workers had a fan blowing on the layer of water, but there did not seem to be anyone with a mop trying to get it cleaned up. Dirty water was being tracked throughout the dining area. As we walked to the exit, my wife felt the floor was slippery. I too could not notice debris all the way out the door. No one had swept or mopped in a while.

This is the worst Chili's that I have been to. Upon arrival we were told it would be a 5-10 minute wait for a table, 20+ minutes latter as we are about to walk out we are called. (Keep in mind that they are not overly busy) The waitress is friendly and does a good job of recommending items on the menu and a drink for my wife. After that it went down hill fast. After a long wait our food finally came out. I had ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger, the tomato was orange and very lacking, and the bacon was nothing but fat. I don't expect a lot but any cook with enough self pride would have not sent that out of the kitchen looking like that. The waitress returns and ask if everything was ok, and I let her know about the burger as feedback, understanding it's not her fault. By this time we had been there for over an hour and I was beyond hungry. While eating the manager cam over I provided the same feedback to her. She offered to provided dessert on the house. Unfortunately the waitress did not return to the table until I flagged her down and asked for the check, by this time I was ready to leave without the free dessert offer.

I grew up in Phoenix, AZ and Chili's has always been my favorite go-to chain restaurant. Yeah, not so much anymore. This Chili's is by far one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. Besides the fact that getting a table here is a nightmare in itself, every time I've gone, there has been something going on that completely ruined the experience. One of the most notable bad experiences started with a fellow customer puking all over the floor at our feet in the waiting area and then running from the restaurant. I could sympathize that this may not have been the restaurants fault, except that my party and I were then solely responsible for redirecting people around the mess on the ground while employees stepped over/around it and seemed completely oblivious to the fact that yes, that is vomit on the ground and yes, people are stepping in it. Finally, after what was likely 8 to 10 people stepping or nearly stepping in the mess, a manager came over with a mop and bucket while another employee hovered around letting us know how disgusted she was. Helpful. On more than one occasion, and I know this has less to do with the restaurant as much as with the people who visit it but, children have been running amok sans shoes, yelling, screaming, and generally being disruptive (throwing food, running up to random tables, getting in the way of servers trying to work) while their guardians looked on and/or ignored them completely over their margaritas. I've got two kids of my own and I would never let them behave that way in any type of restaurant, and it was a little disappointing that management doesn't seem to care much either. Needless to say, Chili's, I've moved on to better things. I enjoyed our time together but this location truly ruined it for me.
