Worst Chili's I've ever been to. Drinks and appetizer came reasonably fast but our server then left us completely unattended for over an hour and a half. When we finally flagged her down, we simply paid for what we had and left. We will definitely NOT be going back to this location and Chili's is one of our favorite restaurants. If you like this restaurant as well, save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

The table is dirty the floor in the kitchen looks like the floor under a 2 year olds high chair.

I grew up in Phoenix, AZ and Chili's has always been my favorite go-to chain restaurant. Yeah, not so much anymore. This Chili's is by far one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. Besides the fact that getting a table here is a nightmare in itself, every time I've gone, there has been something going on that completely ruined the experience. One of the most notable bad experiences started with a fellow customer puking all over the floor at our feet in the waiting area and then running from the restaurant. I could sympathize that this may not have been the restaurants fault, except that my party and I were then solely responsible for redirecting people around the mess on the ground while employees stepped over/around it and seemed completely oblivious to the fact that yes, that is vomit on the ground and yes, people are stepping in it. Finally, after what was likely 8 to 10 people stepping or nearly stepping in the mess, a manager came over with a mop and bucket while another employee hovered around letting us know how disgusted she was. Helpful. On more than one occasion, and I know this has less to do with the restaurant as much as with the people who visit it but, children have been running amok sans shoes, yelling, screaming, and generally being disruptive (throwing food, running up to random tables, getting in the way of servers trying to work) while their guardians looked on and/or ignored them completely over their margaritas. I've got two kids of my own and I would never let them behave that way in any type of restaurant, and it was a little disappointing that management doesn't seem to care much either. Needless to say, Chili's, I've moved on to better things. I enjoyed our time together but this location truly ruined it for me.

I love this Chili's! The last two times my boyfriend and I ate there we could not stop raving about how great our waiters were! The waitstaff is always super friendly and great about checking in on us every chance they get.

Where did you people grow up eating? Yall have the palate of 6 year olds. I understand you're writing an opinion and I appreciate the idea to each their own. But I have to say something; Chili's is a bland cookie cutter of a restaurant, no different than Applebees, Friday's etc etc.. "The best burgers in town", one says. This is just ludacris. Of course, Red Lobster is probably reserved for only prom and Valentine's Day. Get out there folks and find "the best burger in town". I promise you its not at a Chilie's, Chochski's, or whatever. When it comes to food, don't harbor the idea of "I don't like that. What is it"?. Grow up and try somthing that you don't see advertised on TV. Only if we could get Britanny Spears and Kanye eating at a local joint; yall would be flocking in saying "OMG. BEst EVER!"

Chili's hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
