Interesting to see which might fit for us. IAAS would fit our current organisational structure.
What team structure is right for DevOps to flourish? It is useful to characterise a small number of different models for team structures, some of which suit cer

Nice analogy, but I still haven't found a concise way of telling people who haven't experienced a dev project why I can't give them an absolute estimate.

You could explain the alternative, up front estimation, carries certain risks, like those succinctly expressed in this comic strip:

I like the concept of the institutional ceiling. We are leaning towards Agile approaches at work but our application and discipline is patchy due to the way work flows through the organisation.

My life is full of Agile dysfunctions this week unfortunately. An article I read from BigVisible rang bells in my head around the subject of Organizational Agility and the Dangers of Myopic Agility. A...

Looks interesting. I'd like to know if classrooms can be created based on Google Groups. If we can create groups using data from our student information system (which modules students are enrolled on) then this could become very powerful.

I wonder if we should be making students and staff aware of this facility? The idea of adding lecture notes in PDF form might be a use case but not sure if it's compelling enough.

Looks good. I wish we could build the one we designed - it's over a year since we built the prototype and abandoned it in a drawer. One for the new boss to help get moving...!
