A full video (8 min) of the UC Davis pepper spray incident. I'm sure you've seen some of it by now, but this is particularly disturbing and emotional. Is this America? Seems not that different from others parts of the world right now...

This is such an enjoyable watch!
To be clear, this is NOT mine, this timelapse was done by Keith Loutit.
Such good, fun use of the timelapse medium. Give it a watch, you'll be happier about life afterwards.

::Manarola's Dream:: -National Park of Cinque Terre, Italy

Ok, I was really very lucky that fantastic morning of October of 4 years ago.
I think I have witnessed one of the most beautiful dawns of my life ... and in those days I really need.
After being released from my accommodation in Rio Maggiore, always in the Cinque Terre, I took the train and I headed very soon (they were the 5:40 am) to Manarola, which is a few minutes from the place of departure!
And then I waited, trying different compositions and looking for the best observation point.
And I received my prize from mother nature.
I hope you like it!

My heart weeps for this poor woman. :-(
A protester in Seattle, Washington aligned with Occupy Wall Street says that an assault from a cop last week has caused a miscarriage, which if true marks the first loss of life from police brutality ...

The burger (only served at the bar) was absolutely amazing!!! A little spendy at $11 with no sides, but worth it. The German beer was $8 for a 20oz but again, delicious.
