Date night twice a month
Write 1 essay/article a week
These are not resolutions, they are challenges.
Every time I try to set resolutions, they are blown within a week or two. So instead of doing the same thing trying to get a different result this year...I changed my perspective.
If I don't succeed in doing them I've failed the challenge, nothing more - nothing less. Being that I am a pretty competitive guy a challenge inspires me more than a resolution. I'm excited to see how this works out.
Have you tried anything new this year to achieve your goals...or are you at least planning on something new?
