Thank you so much for all your counsel and help, which I and I’m sure the board truly appreciates!  I think you are well aware of my “masterful ways”, but you seem to handle them very well…We realize you are still learning, but understand, you have made great efforts to assist our association, its owners and residents.  Such a good effort did not go unnoticed!!

FYI, the gate is fixed and is operational again.  Thanks to Jana for coming out this morning to manage the situation with [gate vendor] in person to ensure we had a working gate today.  I also want to acknowledge Jana’s persistence over the weekend in her attempts to try and get this resolved then talking with the owner of [gate vendor] and providing me updates.

The Water Company was out here this morning and they fixed the water leak at their meter box.  For more than a month we have asked to have the origin of the leak found and to have it fixed.  That didn’t happen.  Yesterday, I asked you to look into this and today its fixed.
 
This is the kind of service we look forward to from you and RealManage.

I, too, thought the meeting went well.  I especially enjoyed your and Heather’s addressing the issue(s) approach.  In my opinion, it was direct and professional.  It is what a property management service provider should do.  I look forward to more of the same and expect that our Association will prosper from the continued and consistent advice from RealManage that will ultimately improve property values, homeowner trust in the process, and become a better place to live…Moving forward, with your guidance, knowledge and professionalism that I believe RealManage possesses, I am confident our Association will become a destination location for folks to want to live.
