What has been so impressive with our choice to choose RealManage was when we had to change managers, all association business continued.  When we had done this twice before with our previous two management companies all business came to a halt waiting for those management companies to hire and train a new manager for us.  With RealManage there has been no halt or even a slowdown in the community business, because unlike RealManage competitors, you kept the same Accountant, Assistant Manager, and Inspector; the full RealManage company team and therefore business continued as usual with Brandi coming on as a perfect fit to join the existing team representing us here at our association.

Yesterday, Ismael installed four bulletin boards in our community. This email is to thank him for the excellent work he did. The boards were installed at a good height and the posts seem very anchored in to withstand the winds in our neighborhood. Ismael met me to pick up the supplies in a timely manner and was very polite.

At our last meeting on January 21st, 2015, the community HOA Board had the opportunity to review year-end financials for 2014.  We were delighted to see again that we came in right at budget for the full year.  To be precise, we were under budget by 0.17%.  This is consistent with the financial management we’ve seen for many years under Dagmar and Cordelia’s superior guidance.
 
I think you would agree that the greatest virtue in managing finances is to have no “surprises”.  The Board is very appreciative of the consistent “no surprise” performance delivered by Dagmar and very ably assisted by Cordelia over the years.
 
We wish to express our gratitude and appreciation to Dagmar and Cordelia for helping us manage our large and complex association.  We are very fortunate to have them on our team.
