Do you drink your coffee immediately after brewing, or you let go cold?
Or maybe you like to keep it on the hot plate of the coffee maker?
You should avoid doing that, if you are looking for that perfect flavor and aroma. Coffee will taste perfect if you drink it fresh. That's how I drink it, anyway. The article gives you some great details about why coffee is best fresh, and how to preserve that freshness from storing beans, grinding to drinking
