Do you drink your coffee immediately after brewing, or you let go cold?
Or maybe you like to keep it on the hot plate of the coffee maker?
You should avoid doing that, if you are looking for that perfect flavor and aroma. Coffee will taste perfect if you drink it fresh. That's how I drink it, anyway.
