By far the worst experience I have ever had at this restaurant. I went for dinner with my wife for her birthday because we loved this place, however that's not the case this time. Had reservations, the hostesses in the front were great. We were seated at our table and then everything was downhill from there. Our waiter by the name of Alfredo did not even pay any attention to us after he brought our drinks, we went to the salad bar finished with our salad and soup and then flipped the place card to green. In 30min we received 3 cuts of meat chicken wrapped in bacon, flank steak and Brazilian sausage. I was sick and tired of waiting for meets so I asked for a manager. A manager by the name Shargene came to the table and I explained to him what was going on, he asked if I would like some more food and I replied no since I had already lost my appetite, he said he will find out what is going on and he will be back. After about 10min he returned he stated that he would like us to fill out comment cards and handed me three 15% off cards for future visits, also for the trouble he would like to take care of our bill, then he told us since it's my wife's birthday he would also like to comp our desert. Sounds like he was taking care of the situation. What really happened, a different waiter brought us one piece of cheesecake to share, after waiting for the the manager to return over 30min my wife and I decided to go to the front and thank him for taking care of our dinner, instead he hands me a bill for our dinner with a 25% discount, when my wife had already received an email for $25 off two dinners which is a greater value than what this clown offered. I am very disappointed in the service that my wife and I received and as far as the manager they should really consider putting him to work in the kitchen or in an office not working with people because he has no customer service skills what so ever. We will never dine at this establishment again.

We are aware that the situation got a little out of hand in regards to someone in your party using fowl language and yelling. Soggy bread/meat, salad was hot-lettus wasn't in a seperate bag and got wilted.. Managers took their time to get the order from the back (took 15 mins to grab the damn bag, called it in drove three blocks to get it and they had me sit n wait 15 minutes...) Wouldn't give me a "take out" menu (had a whole box out on the counter, maybe of 40 or so) instead they just kept cracking jokes because it was after 8pm and was a younger looking gal. I will NOT be going back there, thanks.

Worst experience ever! Management is awful. We have never been treated so disrespectfully! We have been going to Texas de Brazil for years with our family and friends for special occasions. I also regularly bring clients here for lunch and dinner. Over the past 6 months there service has been going down hill and that is why we will never return. My husband and I dined at this restaurant last night to use his father's day complimentary dinner certificate he received on fathers day. It turned out that what was advertised on fathers day and what the certificate actually said were different. The certificate was to buy one dinner at full price get another full price dinner free (not what was advertised). I not only went back to the email that was sent to verify that I did not misread the fine print on the email, but I went back to see how much our bill was on fathers day as well $392.58. Our average bill ranges from $120 to $400 depending on the event or the number of clients we are entertaining. Before eating dinner we spoke with the manager because I wanted my husband to receive his complimentary dinner per the fathers day promotion and I wanted to purchase the light dinner (salad bar) because due to a medical condition there are only a couple of the meat options I can eat without getting sick. The manager refused to work with us. After that we decided to stay use the coupon as presented. Half way through our dinner the meat servers stopped approaching our table. We could not understand why, even our server stopped coming by our table. Finally after my husband asked 4 times for a bacon wrapped filet (20 mins later) the manager came by our table to address my husbands concern of not being served by the meat servers. My husband asked several times why the meat servers were not serving him, his plate was empty. The manger told him at first that he had no idea, then finally the manager told him that I had to much meat on my plate and until that was gone he had instructed the meat servers and our server to not serve us. (My plate actually only had one piece of each different meat was served that evening with no duplicates and it was picked through and small pieces off of each serving of meat was tasted-I could not eat the full serving of meat because of a medical condition-but I could taste a small amount of each piece. I thought it was a perfect opportunity to try the meats since I have never had them before because I only I get the salad bar. I had no idea that we were going to be treated in that manner and my husband would not be served) Needless to say, we will never return. We will bring our personal and business events over to Gibson's or Morton's which have incredible customer service. The food here is good, but the management is awful. I would be aware that when using a coupon or taking advantage of a promo offer you will not be treated as well as other guests that are paying full price.
